When Vince asked me to write a review, I was more than glad to do it. I had an accident that caused damage to my passenger side fender and door. The insurance wrote a check for about $1,650. Knowing nothing about auto body shops, I went to Yelp and found 4 shops in Daly City, Colma and San Francisco. Each of the first 3 shops I visited offered estimates at or above the insurance check. In addition, I had bumper damage not related to the accident which needed work. Each of the first 3 shops could not offer to fix the bumper without replacing it. The cost of the bumper and labor would have been $800+. Fine, I guess I can live with that bumper crack... Finally, I visited Marina Auto Body. Wow Vince was simply fantastic! Heres what he did for me: (1) He offered to do all the accident work for the insurance check and offered me $450 back. (2) He offered to fix the bumper for FREE. (3) He offered to detail my car for FREE. (The paint was in really bad shape when I brought it to him) Thanks for everything, Marina Auto Body and Vince! Ill recommend you to anyone I know.

Car accidents are stressful enough, Marina Auto Body relieved majority of the stress and handled most of the insurance work involved. I was referred to Marina Auto Body by several neighbors and friends for their exceptional customer service and autobody work. They are now my dependable autobody shop for my family. Every time my parents or I are involved in a collision, they helped call our auto insurance on our behalf and provided us with a rental car while our car was being repaired. In addition, they updated us regularly on the process and usually finished ahead of their expected date for the car to be repaired. The result of their work always turned out nicely both exterior and interior. In my recent accident where I totaled my car, they were concerned with my health and provided me with information and several solutions on what I can do and expect in the near future. This is not an autobody shop solely for repairing your car, rather this is an autobody shop which goes above and beyond for their customers in services, concerns, and advices.

There are a lot auto body shops here in the San Francisco Bay Area, but there are just as many reasons as to why I have only been going to Marina Auto Body for 5+ years now. They do exceptional work and Ive always been happy with the results. Over the years they have done a variety of jobs on my cars, from fixing and painting small scratches and scuffs, to full paint jobs and collision repairs. I trust them so much that I have sent many family members and personal friends to them over the years, and theyve always told me that they too were very well taken care of by Vince, Johnson, and the guys at Marina Auto Body. Thanks for being honest, hardworking, professionals who really care about customer satisfaction. Marina Auto Body is and will be my go-to shop for paint and collision repair.

First, I never write reviews BUT because of Marinas outstanding work I was compelled to write one. Vince was AMAZING from start to finish. He was honest and forthcoming about the procedure and the wait times. He gave his opinions on what needed to be fixed and what I should reconsider, which is rare when the shop could have made more money. They were patient with me as I called many times and asked a ton of questions. Fair pricing is an understatement. Marina is BEYOND fair. All I can say is look no further if you need repair work on ANY car model. They made my Mercedes look brand new and I am so thankful. PLEASE take your car to Marina if you need any repair work done. I am confident you will not regret it. Thank you guys soooo much again!! Casper and I are rolling again!

The Best Automotive Repair in San Francisco!!! I got into a car accident few weeks ago with my friends car. The car was parked on the street. So, I took the responsibility in getting the car repair at Marina Auto Body after browsing online for a good 20 minutes. I was concerned that it would costs a lot to repair the fender and door but turned out to be reasonable. Since it was my friends car and I do want to get it fix right therefore Marina Auto Body is the one that I chose to go with. Marina Auto Body definitely did an excellent job. The bodywork and paint turned out perfect! Thank you Marina Auto Body. Im very proud to let all of my friends and family know this is the best auto body shop in San Francisco.

These people are so awesome I dont even know where to start! I had gotten into a horrible car accident and didnt have coverage for the damages to my car. If it werent for these guys, Id have had to scrap my beloved Volkswagen. Being in a car accident is stressful enough, but if you end up having to pay out of pocket, Vincent, Steven and Jessie will truly go out of their way to make paying for your car repair affordable. I have been back a couple of times for little maintenance repairs on my car, and they are now the shop I go to whenever my car needs something done. Their work is high-quality and comes with a warranty and their prices are very fair. I dont have a single complaint.

This place is amazing!! if u really love ur care, Marina Auto Body is the best place for your car repair. My car window and door needed to be fixed and one of my friends recomended MAB. As soon as i reached, Jessi came up to help me and answered all the questions i had about my car. She took a really good care and made sure i get what i needed. My car was there for just a week and a half and i got a call from Jessi to pick it up. Everything was perfect, window and doors are perfectly fixed the way i want. I never regret gerting my car fixed there because its very much worth the price! i love this place. Staffs are very friendly and they do amzing jobs!

This is the best body shop Ive been to by far. Not only did the staff communicate with me every step along my insurance claim process, but they also completed all the body work in a timely fashion. The body work is very good, and you cant even tell my car had been in an accident. I was also very pleased to find that they put extra touches on my car-detailed inside and out. Its like I drove off the car lot for a second time in the same car. If I could give this shop more than a rating of 3, I definitely would. I recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone who needs body work done to their car, and wants excellent quality.

I took my car to Marina Auto Body for an estimate after a fender Bender. Vincent was so helpful explaining what they would do. I took my car in a couple weeks later and they completed all the work in the quoted amount of time and even touched up a couple other items for me. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Unfortunately, someone scraped my bumper again one month later. I took my car back and they did another touch up for me at no charge. I would definitely recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone!!
