DONT GO HERE!!! i took my black suv to get a lil dent fixed. they put a lot of tiny cat scratches all over my ride when they washed it and they called it prior damaged. the people were not friendly whatsoever. they took too long to finish. my ride sat in there lot for 2 days and didnt even notified me about whats going on with my isurance...(bad communication). they ripp you off on their estimates as well, charging unnecessary materials. on top of that, i got into a yelling match with the owner because they were not accepting responsibility. he didnt even wanna give me his BBB # and his insurance info so i can file a claim. and then he wants to compramise with me by just polishing one side of my rig!! excuse me?? only one side??? and just polish? polishing means you only hide the scratches. it should be buffed out. in closing this business has a very bad customer service and their BBB logo should be taken away. my experience wtih them has been very frustrating.

Have an early 00s Grand Cherokee which had been in a fender bender. I initially chose Big E because the photos on their website showed a spacious, clean workspace. The location is indeed rather large and clean and also gated to protect the cars overnight. My insurance was dragging their feet, but Big E was able to get my Jeep back to looking even better than it did before! Pretty quick too considering this is probably a high-point in their business with winter driving, slide-offs, etc. Much impressed. Would use again.

Such a very disappointing experience with a shop I once liked. Its too bad they dont treat your car as they would their own. 3 times in the shop for the same repairs because they tried passing off a crappy job on someone they thought wouldnt know any better. Never again. Never again. They also dont return cars as promised and fail to communicate.

I stopped by one day for an estimate to repair a dent in the rear quarter panel and the person who I spoke to said they only do "high end" jobs there and they were not interested in smaller, less expensive repairs. Sort of disappointing but on the bright side the shop was very clean, organized and they were all very courteous there.

Excellent quality and courteous rebuild. Over the years weve had small and large work done on our vehicles. Every time the work was excellent. Their initial assessment is thorough and caught things the insurance company missed or didnt include. I would recommend Big E any and every time.
