DO NOT GO HERE. I had my car fixed here and found out 2 years later they left a ton of damage underneath that they didnt even tell me about to where my car was unsafe to drive, and they refused to help me. More below: Over 2 years ago, I was rear ended on the free way. A friend referred me to premier, and I took my car in for an estimate. They knew that I would need a new back bumper, but never told me there was additional damage. The party who hit me decided that since it was going to cost $700 for the bumper. they would pay cash since their deductible was higher than he cost of repairs. (I will never let that happen again). I took my car to premier to get fixed, and they did a great job (so I thought). The bumper was perfectly color matched, and they even detailed my car. About a month ago I was in a little fender bender. I backed into a car that was parked going about 2 mph and it was on the corner of my bumper just a little scuff. I wanted to take my car into Premier again but they werent with my insurance network so I took it to a different auto body shop. I got a call from the auto body shop after they had looked under my bumper and they said there was additional damage under the bumper but there was no way it was from the little fender bender that I was in. They asked if I had been in an accident recently where I was hit straight on from the back. I said that I was but that I had gotten that fixed over two years ago. The people at the new auto body Shop said that was absolutely absurd. They said there was significant damage underneath my bumper and that it looks like there was severe impact. My reinforcements were totally shot there was actually a bend in the body, and there was a crack in the actual body of my car as well. I called Premier auto body and told them what had happened I spoke with the manager Danny. He spoke with me at length and I told him that I was very concerned that this had happened that I had been driving around in a car for two years that was unsafe. I was told by the new auto body shop that if I had been rear ended that somebody couldve ended up in my bumper. Danny Was very rude. He was able to find my file my paper file after about 10 minutes and told me that there were no notes and no photos in my file. He explained that there was nothing that they could do and that he doesnt know what my conversation was with whoever I talked to at their shop at the time. I assured him that nobody told me that there was additional damage. He said he has no way to know what the actual conversation was . He refused to work with me even though his body shop ignored the damage or just didnt look at it enough to know what happened. He did apologize but then refused to work with me. My mom called because she was concerned that I have been driving around in a car for two years that was unsafe. He told my mom that he had already wasted too much time talking on the phone today with her and I. My mom then asked him for some more information about the body shop and he refused to even tell her the name of his shop or his name.I trusted this body shop to fix my car correctly and to tell me what the damages were and they didnt do that I would never ever go here again and I encourage you to think twice before going to premier auto body if you want your car to be safe. I was taken advantage of by this body shop.

I had repairs at ABRA AUTO BODY which was truly a bad experience not only did they not fix my car but they told Liberty Mutual insurance that it was prior damage and told them that I was wrong and that it was my fault for the reason my car was not back to it pre accident condition. After 2 months of fighting back and forth with the insurance carrier (not my insurance) they finally sent a field adjustor to inspect my car. After inspecting my car the field adjustor stated that not all of my repairs were corrected and that he recommended PREMIRE COLLISON on 1 st street and to ask for a guy named Tim. After contacting Tim he got me in right away and not only did he confirm that Abra didnt complete the repairs but, he completely took care of my vehicle and explained everything in detail and I got my car back exactly when he stated. I will only use Premier Collision (CarStar) to have my Mazda worked on for as long as I live in Tacoma WA. Thanks Tim

I have taken my car to Premier Collision Services. They not only fixed what I went in for, but cleaned both the inside and outside of my car and buffed out a scuff on my back bumper. Three of my friends took their cars in after I had mine fixed, and Premier did just as beautiful a job on theirs. The owners are professional and friendly, and they went out of their way to make everything convenient for me, and for my friends. They dealt with my insurance, they dealt with the tow truck for my friend, and they made it easy to get my car fixed. I liked them so much we took my boyfriends car in to get the hood painted. We werent going through insurance, and so we called a lot of shops before picking a place to go. Premier was fair in their estimate, and since I knew they do good work it was a no-brainer to take it there. I dont know who the other reviewer was talking about, but I cant imagine it was the boys at Premier Collision Services.

This is the best place I have been for car needs hands down. I had my car taken here last year when a tree fell on it and I took it back when I needed a major service because they were so great. The owners are the ones I communicated with most, Matt and Brit. They kept me updated when they got my car the first time, and from then each time they heard from my insurance company and the adjustor to make sure all of us were on the same page. My most recent visit was very pleasent indeed, I expected not to have my car for the 3 or 4 days and they provided me with a loaner car, but after day 2 in the shop I got to pick up my car, washed and vaccumed too. Needless to say they work quickly and are also very friendly. I might mention family friendly too, they had candy for my little one and gave him a neat car calendar which he loves. I would recomend Premier Collision Services to anyone. Thanks Guys!

‎This company is a joke. The morons who own/operate this establishment have NO CLUE about cars OR how the claims process is supposed to be handled. In fact...one was a selling tires and the other a real estate agent of a before they opened this shop. I have seen some of the work that has come out of this place, and trust me, you do NOT want them touching your investment.This place has no paintbooth or frame machine Although, if you do not mind parts being rigged, cheaper parts put on your vehicle than the insurance paid for, corners being cut, or your paint to look like orange peel, PLEASE... TRY THEM OUT!!! I would also never recommend working for the company either; for some reason they feel like they no longer have to pay your last paycheck after you quit or get fired because this people never managed or owned business.
