I went back to Da-Les recently because my first experience with them was pretty good. The work they did before was simple but turned out well and the customer service was great -- at that time. This time, it was horrible. They repairs were delayed multiple times and they were not proactive in notifying me. I always had to call them. I had them promise to call me at very specific times, and in both cases, they did not honor their promise. They blamed the communication failures on everyone and everything but themselves. I was totally disillusioned by their service this time. I finally picked up my car today. The body works seems fine, but the inside of the car came back smelling like some cheap deodorant. On top of that the brakes feel weak. There was an unopened bottle of brake fluid sitting in my car. I dont want to go back to them to have that fixed though.....

I have had the misfortune of being in a few wercks in my day and I again found myself having to deal with yet another. A friend of mine recommened Da Les so I decided to take my Accord in. I was a little bit nervous because I have only had the car for about a year, 2009 and was affraid that I would be able to tell. When I got my car back, it was really like new. They detailed my car, even had the same radio station set when I got it back. Really very impressed, they were all professional with their dealing with me. They called for updates and let me know if anything had changed. I will go back, but hopefully will have finally learned my lesson to not get into a wreck.

They pushed out my front bumper dent with no charge!!! Amazing! I causiously called them and request for an estimation after knowing their contact by the search. The cost in my mind was at least $50 or $100. After filling in the form, Gabriel showed up to me within couple minutes. With great honor, he said I could have two options, one is to replace the bumper with the cost, the other is to push out the dent with no charge. I did not believe that until I drove my nice fix car off the shop. This means to me that they are really very honor and care very much of customers satisfication. Wish them sucess in the business.

Nice FAKE Reviews! Way to mislead the consumer.... I hope I never have to get my car fixed again. If I do, I know where not to go. Not only did I get a bad repair, but I drove all over the area looking for a santa clara then a cupertino location that were not even real (but they were on google maps), weird. Dissapointing. **** Sorry no intent to offend, I am simply unhappy that I was misled by the multiple locations and the daily reviews by reviewers that have added comments x5 for this company - Obviously not 100% legit - just check em out! Shame on me for not doing my homework!

I cant recommend this place enough. I hit some debris on 101 and had one of the plastic pieces under my car get messed up, and lost a couple of the clips holding it in place. Took it in to Da-Les, and instead of trying to up-sell me on a new piece, they recommended just replacing the clips and did it for me in about 15 minutes for FREE. These guys are fantastic. Daniel, youre the best!

We stopped by for an estimate as our rear bumper was hit. Manny was great and actually suggested that we not repair the bumper. He took the car in the back to quickly buff out the surface scratches and the remaining scratch was too small to warrant fixing. I was impressed with the (free) service and honesty of the staff! I would definitely return the next time I have car issues!

Tremendous service! My car was sideswiped and I was reffered to De-Les Auto Body. My car was taken care of that day and they helped me through the insurance process along with getting my car back to me the next day. Best place to take your car to if you need body work done quickly or if you need to go through your insurance claim.

I recently had to take my 2003 jetta tdi to Da-les Auto Body. I looked around for a sunnyvale auto body shop and found this one. Lisa initially helped me and put me in touch with a estimator, Manny. Needles to say everything went flawless and my car looks great, they repaired a front bumper that somone backed into.

Best auto body shop ever! I live in San Mateo but whenever I need work done Da-Les Auto Body is definitely worth the small commute. In fact I am a Farmers Agent and the friendly staff, service, and workmanship at Da-Les Auto Body is a shining example of first-class claims service. Great job guys!

My car was keyed by somebody and it has got scratch all over my new Camry. I called up AAA and they gave me Da-Les Auto near my work, it was just a mile away. The complete paint and everything was done in 2 days and all is perfect. Super quick and awesome quality work.

Ive only gotten a quote from them so far, but the quote was quick and professional. Their secretary is a little short and lacking in warmth however, so keep that in mind if you call.

the paint they put on my car started to fade away after 3 car washes. Very cheap on quality! This place uses cheap parts and charges you more to make a big profit.
