Since I have an accident last April 5 2016 . The next day they towed our car because of a lot of fluids leaking and the whole bumper came out. Since they fixed our car the issue is the bumper is ripped. Chilton autobodyshop broke my power switch to my window and they dont want to fixed what they broke. Since they fixed our car the headlight its a lot of moisture and since the part of the collision damage because of the impact my windshield tank is damage they did not replace the part of the collision . And. Our bumper doesnt match the paint to our car . This shop supposed to fixed the bumper . Since they fixed our car a lot of issues because what they did . This shop is very lousy job to our car. I will not recommend this shop this shopage is not professional service . And since they fix our car they broke our headlight and power switch and they used our amplifier for our car . They touch things to our car .

My experience was very good with Chilton San Francisco. My car was grazed on the side and they fixed it with in 3 days. They were friendly, accomodating, and were very professional. Because my auto insurance worked directly with Chilton, they were able to take my car in the same day I called them. They also had a rental car agent/office on premise which was very convenient and I got a rental the same day I dropped off my vehicle . The repairs were great and my car looks showroom new! Kevin in particular was very helpful. Thank you Chilton!

I took my 1990 Ford 5.0 Mustang LX to replace the drivers side molding. I literary had just drove it in within 2 minutes they were removing the old molding. I drove off within 10 minutes. The next day they accommodated my schedule and fit me in on a busy Friday and had me out in time to avoid bay bridge traffic back to the east bay. Very friendly service.

Bad experience, my car got in april 3rd two weeks ago. They ask me to pick it up 2 days after. Looked at the and the bumper was not aligned well, they also try to get away with a broken part in it. Now my car is still in shop, got called back at shop to pick up the car and the bumper Nd quarter panel are not aligned again.

Took a month to repair my car, used recycled parts(read scrap yard). I asked about it and they said it was common practice for them. Not great communications. Car looks OK and works OK but front fender still damaged, said it was a separate incident....... There are better places in the city.

Timely insurance-related repair coordinated by Geico. Appreciated the ride to the rental car place. Rear bumper repair looks flawless. It was finished a day or two later than estimated, but it was easy to get updates by calling. Good service.
