I have worked with this body shop twice in the last 6 months due to unfortunate circumstances / accidents. The first time I worked with Chilton, my expected date of completion was pushed back easily a dozen times by over 2 weeks. I needed both of my front tires replaced but they insisted that I only needed one (causing my tires to wear in a VERY bizarre fashion). The second time, the same circumstance - my expected date of completion was pushed back by about 3 weeks however... The day I got my car back, I went to put new tires on it. Costco informed me that I was missing the wheel lock & that I could NOT put tires on until the wheels were unlocked or the wheel lock key was found. (Chilton was the last place that used it) Im leaving this review up until I either A) Get my wheel lock key back from Chilton or B) They pay for a replacement. Ive had to pay hundreds of dollars in rental car fees, I shouldnt have to pay MORE because they lost my wheel lock.
Chilton Auto body helped fixed the rear bumper on a Chevy Colorado. I really appreciate the attention to detail and working in my time frame.
They were very communicative and let us know the status of the car periodically
