Cary Magruder, owner of this auto body shop, was a gem to work with! I brought in my rental car with 2 dents, front and back, and needed it fixed in time to return it to the rental company, 2 days from today. He immediately empathized with my need to have the car repaired tomorrow, and managed to open up his schedule for tomorrow first thing, to work on it all day -- this, despite his backlog of cars, because he has a heart, and he really wanted to help me. Also, knowing that I could not declare the damage to my insurance (who is covering my car while I drive this now-damaged rental), he even cut me an affordable price! He also reassured me about the quality of his work, adding that the repairs would definitely pass muster with the rental people. I cannot believe this gentleman! Remember Cary, if you kindly would. I feel blessed to have placed my needs in his care!!!

Crazy Awesome Staff and Work Completed!!! Cary is awesome to work with. He explained everything to me. He even did it in terms I understand...(without talking down to me).. Im not a car person, but I want to know whats going on with my car and why/how come they did something that way and not another way. I brought my car in a Tuesday night after work, and it was ready for pick up that Thursday after work. They handled everything. They not only talked to my insurance, but the person who hit me... they talked to her insurance contact too! They take the time to be personable, which is hard to find in this day in age. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Had the wheels and tires stolen off my Honda Civic. Carstar worked with my insurance company, got everything taken care of, got all new wheels/tires, they did an amazing job fixing up a few scratches and dents - looks brand new! To top it all off, I ran into an issue a few months later regarding a lugnut and bolt, and Cary completely backed their work. Took care of things ASAP without a hesitation. I will definitely be back here for any further work! Thanks Terry!

I had a rear door latch on my Explorer break leaving with a door that would not open from the inside or outside. Although not a typical body shop job, I figured that they might have the expertise to do the work and I was right. They were extremely helpful in getting the door to open and then reinstalled the new latch when it arrived for a very reasonable price. Much better experience than going to a car dealership mechanic.

Easy to work with, very professional, and worked with our busy schedule. They fixed our back bumper like new, on time, and took care of all the insurance details. Cary was kind enough to meet us at his shop on off hour times to accommodate our busy schedules (Both parents work, 3 kids, 3 different schools, lots of activities, etc.) If we do ever need car repairs again, well definitely take it to Collision Specialties 2.

They did a wonderful job fixing the front bumper and panel on my car. They provided great customer service and kept me informed along the way of any changes they needed to make to the original estimate based on what they found after taking the bumper off. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and the final results.

Amazing staff. They corrected another shops (Carstar in Ballard) mistake after that shop blatantly ignored me. Was a quick and cheap fix that cost some money, but I wasnt charged. Customer service was just awesome. The body work they did on my car was awesome as well. I highly recommend this place.
