Worst experience ever. Went in for estimate on Wednesday, was told it would take 4 days to finish. Dropped it off Friday and signed paperwork to order parts so that the parts would come on Monday. Was told by the technician that it would be done the following Friday (very reasonable, thats because they only work half day on Saturday and in case the parts would come on Monday). On Monday, I received a link through my insurance that the estimated date is the Friday AFTER the Friday they promised. I called, and the technician (John Ram) said that it was just for the paper work, my car will be done on that the first Friday (that he promised). I called on Thursday to check to see if my car will be ready on Friday so I can arrange to pick it up after work, the receptionist was nice, and said that she will get the manager to call me right back (this is Thursday). Thursday ended, no call, Friday around noon I called and asked if I can pick my car up today. The receptionist said, she will get the manger to call me back right away. No call. They close at 5:00 pm, so I waited until 4:30pm to call, finally got transferred to the manger and he said no my car will not be done this Friday, maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday. I asked about why I did not get the communication, and I was told that "Its available online if you look". All I wanted was communication when to pick up my car ahead of time so I can arrange pickup. I said Ok, just let me know if anything will be delayed so I can arrange, and he assured me that he will communicate to me personally. Wednesday rolled around, I called them to see if I can pick it up. I was told by the receptionist that the technician will call me right back. No call, second Thursday rolled around and I called and got a hold of John. He said, it will be done Friday. Friday I called, he said no it will be done Saturday.... wow... why didnt anybody called me when things changed????

Well I got a call from their collections department today from a lady named Adel accusing me of cashing an insurance check that was meant for them on March 28th in the amount of 688.84 dollars. Today is July 14th over 3 months later. I checked my records and I did receive a check for rental car reimbursement for a different amount and told her about it. She WOULD NOT LISTEN to me and continued accusing me multiple times of cashing their check. So I called pemco and did Adels job for her and found out that the check that was issued on March 28th was indeed for my rental car reimbursement and NOT for Exhibition. How difficult is that to do instead of accusing me and NOT LISTENING when I tried to explain? Guilty until proven innocent I guess. Very Very DISORGANIZED. Nice that this is the way that you would treat your customers. Regarding the vehicle, there are still swirls on the hood and they had to use touch up paint instead of doing the job properly. Car was also NOT DONE ON TIME just like the other reviewers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

I had my 2011 Nissan Sentra repaired from a gnarly accident. They always have great customer service and thats why they received 2 stars. However, 2 years later everything except the body of the car is falling apart. The headlights (that did not match the original) are cracking and the clear coat is coming off. They put a different, cheaper version of radiator in so now my transmission is over heating. Nissans need a particular radiator to keep everything running smoothly. Now that I am in California, the cars transmission overheats daily. They only way to fix it is to replace the radiator with the Nissan radiator. Its one thing after another with the work they did and I am super disappointed that I not only gave them one of my cars business but two.

Although they did fix my car and worked great with my insurance company. I didnt get my car back on the date they said it would be done. They said my car was exactly like the way it was before my accident ( it was flawless before my accident) they gave it back to me with clay and black stuff all over the handle inside my driver door. The back passenger driver side door panel looks like it was laid down on its face and now has scratches. There was clay and dust imbedded in the driver seat. They took out my driver seat and didnt put it back in properly. I found two stripped bolts. Then on top of all this Ive had to take it back twice now for mistakes they made. If I dont have it, I will never be talking my car back to them.

Although I honestly hope that I never have to see these people again.... If I do require vehicle damage repair work in the furture, I know exactly where to go! Chris Cross is AMAZING. Not only does he have the same name as the 1992 rapping duo, but he also put me at ease during an incredibly stressful situation. The entire office was so helpful, from Mindy whom originally took my phone call and right on down the line (I didnt catch everyones names). Exhibition Automotive has truly made a customer for life. I will always refer business to you, I cannot thank you enough for your superior service.... Im almost inspired to treat customers at my work a little nicer.... almost... ;)

I had a hard time finding a body shop when I found this business. Everything about the place was top notch. Every employee ( I spoke w/ 5 different people) who helped me made the often unpleasant task of having you car repaired a breeze. I cant say enough about the folks working there except that they went above and beyond what I consider the bar when it comes to customer service. My repair was minor but looked flawless. Two acquaintances of mine have had used Carstar for larger jobs and had the same experience. So nice to do business with an organization that makes you feel good about being a customer.

I had a really positive experience with Exhibition Automotive. I did a walk-in for an estimate. The receptionist was super nice. Someone came out and did the estimate within a reasonable amount of time. After I got the estimate, I made an appointment. It took 2 days for my particular fix. The day it was supposed to be ready I received a phone call when it was almost done. I arranged to pick it up after hours. The work done on the car was very good. On top of everything, the estimate was dead on. I did not go through my insurance so I cant speak on that. I would definitely recommend Carstar.

Right from the first contact they were professional and timely with the whole process. I first meet with Mark for the estimate and then at pick of the vehicle we met with Brian....they were great. They explained everything there were no surprises and the vehicle looked like brand new at pick up! No stress and they took all the pressure away...the insurance company faxed them info and they had it before we got there with the car! They had it all done and ready when promised and we even got Starbucks gift cards as a thank you.....great work guys!!!!! Thanks Again.....Octave Morgan and Diane too!
