After going to who knows how many salons I tried this Impressions from being referred by a friend. She was right! My now regular hairstylist Rachel is really amazing, she used some kind of dye that doesnt harm my hair that gave it a radiance no other color has ever done. Even got my hands dipped in wax after my hair cut, to make them silky smooth. From the first time on I have had a great experience, price was a bit surprising for the area yet the talent, expertise and trust is worth paying a little more for. They are located in the same shopping complex as Albertsons in Fairwood. Kind of southeast Renton highlands.

Im giving 3 stars b/c this is not a review of the salon as much as one stylist in particular- Deborah Gustafson may be one you want to skip. She has a repututation of treating people horribly and anyone is the beauty and hospitality industry should know better than that.

Impressions offers great service at great prices. Offering Hair, Skin, Nail, and Spa Services, the friendly, knowledgeable staff pamper their guests. Check out the remodel- the salon and spa look beautiful!

Ive been going to Impressions for over two years, excellent care, good prices. Ive had facials, massage, hair cut and color, and pedicure/manicures. Also above expectations, highly recommend!

Worst cut/color Ive ever had. Bad experience overall. Bonus: Stylist chomped her gum in my ear the entire time. Ugh!
