i love this place and have seen whole families waiting to get their hair done. men, women, kids -- they cut everything. Plus nice coloring jobs, too. although ive gotten my hair cut there, i mostly have gone for permanent makeup. the women who do eyebrows are artists. ive heard that some places use templates, but these women spend time drawing your brows so they will be perfect for your face. and ive noticed that all of the women who work at this salon have perfect brows -- assume that they all have them done here. the artist told me that i shouldnt bother to get permanent eyeliner, because my skin wouldnt hold the ink and id just have to keep having it redone. I really appreciated her honesty. id go here anytime for a nice cut and color for a special occasion or made a mani-pedi with foot massage. the employees are Viet, but the clientele is from all over -- a very pleasant salon experience.

Very hit or miss place. A few of the ladies are good at cutting hair but most arent. I came in today to get my hair cut it was by far the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for a trim on top then a #1 on the sides faded. Well she didnt give me a fade at all just an uneven #1 on the sides and she trimmed only portions of the top. I never complain but I had too and one the other stylists tried to help but the lady cutting my hair didnt get it. Needless to say it was so bad I had to shave my hair off after I left. Plus they dont hardly speak any English. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you want a terrible hair cut. Its cheap and now I know why.

Showed them a picture of a haircut I got in the past and she said she can do it just like that. She made it uneven everywhere and pushed my hairline in the sides and the back so far back that it looked terrible. They can barely even speak English, couldnt even understand "when it grows back, will it look weird?" Had to repeat it 5 times and she just didnt understand what I meant. Asked for a refund and they said no, they can only fix it and that they did a good job (they didnt). So some other lady tried fixing the hairlines and pushed it back even further and kept saying "no its okay itll grow back in a couple days". Terrible service, never coming back.

I have been going to sun coast for over 10 years. I have a very thick head of curly hair, since I found Jackie at sun coast I have not had a bad haircut and Jackie gives the best scalp massage ever. Many of the other girls are very talented hair stylist as well. The rates are very reasonable and everyone is alway cheerfull and happy to be of service. Walk ins are always welcome. I cant say enough good things about Sun Coast Salon.

i came to suncoast for a simple haircut and color. they did a horrible job on the color. The color turn out not even the color i picked out and my haircut was super thick . The sign say cut11/color25 for women and they charged me 140$ total its unbelievable . this place lies and scam your money dont ever come here.

Worst haircut in my life. They cant understand english. I showed them a picture of what hairstyle i want it was uneven everywhere. I asked for my hairline to be boxed and they made it look like a slide. I Asked for a strait up on the sides and they gave me a 1 all the way. I hate what they did to my hair!!!

Jackie is BY FAR the BEST stylest ever! She is very easy to get a long with, and she knows exactly what looks GREAT. She does FANTASTIC EYEBROWS! I wouldnt go anywhere else! I have been going to this salon for cuts, color, and eyebrows for over 3 years! Great Job!!

Just the cleanliness is my concern of the facilities from the bathroom to the facial room. They dont know how to clean the area and their equipment. Service is okay. You can check it out. I hope they can read my reviews.

Dont go there for color. The price gets more and more expensive. And the job gets worst each time. Newer stylist with novice experience. Language and cultural barrier.

Its essentially a production line hair salon. Its hit or miss. I would recommend you get the name of the stylist you like so you can request her everytime.

Cleaner than the one in Great Wall. Cant always get consistent haircut unless you go to the same stylist.
