I was thoroughly suprised with this place, well worth the money. I went in for a "fix" yesterday because I did a butcher-it-in-a-kit the night before and completely messed up my hair. My other stylist was unable to get me in so I tried these guys. They give you a complimentary parrafin wax hand treatment, hand and head massage with a wash. My stylist Megan also told me that they give you free bang trims any time after your first visit! She was a great stylist, she got the color right and was able to completely fix my hair without damage. I have been loyal to another stylist for many years but after this visit I will definately be going back to Megan! The only weird thing and the reason I gave them a 4 is the lady at the front desk was kind of rude when I left. I handed her my card to pay and she asked me if I wanted to add anything to it... I said no because I wasnt buying anything else. Then she handed me my receipt and it had no space for a tip (every time Ive had my hair done before there was room on the receipt for a tip). I asked the girl how I was supposed to tip and she gave me a snotty answer "thats why we ask if you want to add anything... you know like shampoo or a tip." I was like uh ok... weirdo! But anyway WELL WORTH IT!

I interacted twice with this business and both times I got a lot of sarcasm and attitude even after spending over 100$ I work for a customer service focused company so my patience is very well practiced, but they made me feel like even though I spent my money there, they could care less if I ever come back. Which I honestly and sincerely wont. I can still hear the sarcasm in their voice. Last person that I interacted with was a female by the name of Heather. So frustrating to give someone the benefit of the doubt and then not only find out your doubts were correct, but feel as though they spat in my face then rubbed it in with their middle finger.

My stylist is Mel. She does a FANTASTIC job with my short bob cut. Really listens to my likes and wants and gets the job done, even if Im vague or going back and forth between shorter or longer. My friend came along and Mel did her hair as well. My friend has long wavy hair and she always has trouble finding someone to do her bangs just right to suit her face. Again, Mel listened to her concerns and was spot on. Were both VERY happy with Mel and the salon and support staff are great too!

I drive here all the way from WOODINVILLE just to get my hair cut. I have tried many of the different girls here and it is always perfect. I love the complimentary hand and head massage as well. The atmosphere is perfect, great music, and overall very classy. I feel like I should be paying a lot more. I highly recommend this place.

My first visit there was with cara! I was unsure about the color for my hair or even if I wanted to chg it at all. She suggested a color, I went with it and absolutely loved it. The facility is beautiful and cara was AWESOME! I have been loyal every since.. keep up the great work! I always feel untouchable when i leave hehe

I love this salon. My stylist is Jess and she always does an awesome job. People always think I just got my hair done even two months after my last appointment. I have worked with other stylists as well throughout the salon and I dont have a bad thing to say about anyone or any of my experiences. Highly recommended!!!

I had a cut and color done by Molly today. She did an excellent job matching my existing color, and cut my hair exactly how I asked. Also, I absolutely loved that the dye she used didnt have that awful chemical smell! I highly recommend her.

This salon is absolutely 5 star quality!! My hairdresser did an amazing job and was very professional, her name is Ashlee in case you would like to see for yourself. I will be going back for sure to get my hair done again!!! :)

I have been going to this salon for a year and have tried many of the stylist. I always walk out feeling beautiful and pampered! They have a great team at Daniel Ross and I would recommend everyone giving them a try!

I had Launiu the other day and she did an AMAZING job with my balayage/sombre. I felt and looked beautiful. I also received so many compliments even months after I had my hair done. Shes the absolute best.

Got a wax, she was nice, came home and there were stripes of hair still there, and blue wax pieces all over me. Kinda mad I tipped her..
