Cant say enough good things about Jodie Albrecht!!! She is the BEST hair stylist I have literally EVER had! If youre like me and dont always know what you want, you can trust her to make the best recommendations!! Such an amazing stylist! Love the Aveda products she uses, and its always a treat to get a hand massage while sitting in her chair! I love the cute downtown Troutdale location and the complimentary coffee, tea or wine options the salon offers!! But I wouldnt be there if it werent for Jodie. Ive tried many salons to get an icy blonde color always leaving upset. I found Gabby online and Im so thankful I did. She is AMAZING. She did an incredible job on my hair. She really understands blonde which Ive found many people do not. She doesnt rush and really makes sure she does a great job and you leave happy. She has a great personality which makes the amount of time you are there that much more enjoyable. The salon is full of friendly people. I just love it there. Im so glad I found this salon and spa! I would highly highly recommend Gabby!

Went in to get my hair colored. Wanted the balayage ombre and didnt get anywhere near that. I had molly Kelley try to correct it two different times and she failed both times. I asked her to refund my money because I wasnt happy with the color (mind you I paid $115.00 for this) and she would not refund my money back. Shes shady and scandalous. I do not recommend anyone to this woman. All she will do is screw up your hair and steal your money!!! Im going to post this to all social media so people know what kind of person and stylist she is

I have been seeing Melissa for the last 5 years! Shes the BEST and everything I look for in a stylist. Always creative and is an expert with color... especially the ombre which has been my go-to for the last couple years. The salon is beautiful and Im always greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk. They offer beer and wine and have tons of great product like my favorites Aveda + Kevin Murphy. Definitely check out their first Friday events too!

The salon is clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly, and the service is wonderful. Gabby is an amazing stylist. Shes not only amazing at what she does, but she makes you feel like youve known her forever. If you are looking for an amazing cut, color, or special occasion style, look no further. If youre not sure what you want but have some ideas, she can even give great suggestions! This lady really can do it all.

Gabby is absolutely wonderful! I have never left an appointment with her unhappy. I have had my hair cut several times since moving far enough away she can no longer cut my hair and no one compares. I might schedule my trips up to portland when i can get an appointment with her! Its worth the 4 1/2 hour drive for her to cut my hair. Go see gabby and you will not be disappointed!

Made appointment a week earlier . First they changed the time till later . Then when my mom went in for the new time they made her sit around for over20 min like she wasnt even there. Eventually she just left . Giving them one star is being nice . Bottom line DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS YA CANT KEEP.
