Original scope of my job was changed in the field, which required less work. I was charged over $200 per HOUR! Attempted resolution (3 tries) resulted in harsh emails from their representative. As a single woman, they took advantage of my position, and were not willing to listen or negotiate. The tech on site (#1) was good, (tech #2) work was questioned by #1. Trying to talk to the sales person only made it worse! Go somewhere else.

I live in a very large and well managed building that uses Bowie for the building electrical needs and our manager recommends them for residents. They come through, are easy to work with and prices are typical. What is not typical is how responsive and friendly they have been with us. They always do a good job.
