Pleasant. Arrived promptly for an emergency. No identification. Proceeded to exam each socket in each room of the house . His report stated that no plug ins should be used. He talked about polarity in the house. The electricity in this house is Single Phase. He used scare language and stated bog us facts - and thoroughly upset the plumber. Alexi promised an emailed report. None arrived.Affable in suggesting rewiring of entire house.. Seemed in disagreement with PG&E reports.

Fred came over to take a look at a few items - the major issue being flickering lights. He provided excellence service, was very knowledgeable and solved the elusive problem in short time (a couple bad light switches). The other non-critical bigger ticket items were estimated, but will have to wait for another appointment. I will definitely be calling Integrity Electric again to do the work.
