DeLancy Electric in Port Orchard Washington has the BEST customer service, pricing, and Darrald Delancy the owner has MANY years of experience and he has bid VERY competitive pricing for us multiple times - he is kind and has accomodated us during emergency situations no matter the time of day and if he was not available one of his crew was here same day - we have NEVER had any problems with codes and/or violations - he is ALWAYS up to code and is so knowledgable and has saved us hundreds of $$$ by suggesting other alternatives to what our needs/wants are - dont contact any other electrical contractors for your job no matter how large or small new build, old repair, adding new partitions, rooms ect - he is wise in every aspect of his business. Thank you Darrald you are AWSOME !!

Company is non-responsive. I initially got in touch directly with Darrald. He requested that I call his office and leave a message about my issue and he would get back in touch. I phoned his office and left a message. After no response for 48 hours, I called again to leave an additional message. After a full week after my initial inquiry I have moved on to a different option. I am glad that my issue was non-emergent. I would not recommend Delancy Electric to anyone who wants reliable communication.
