I had a great experience with NWT. I needed a last minute ticket to China. Kaji found me a great low price on a pretty direct route. They even found me a ticket that covered a hotel room and a meal during my layover. Over the next day I was rushed, but my agent kept me updated on my trip by phone and Email.

Riz and Kaji are amazing. Have used New Wave multiple times for trips to Asia - they can do so much more than a website can do - love the personal attention and the way they can get things to work (like sometimes getting on sold out flights) behind the scenes. Thank you!
