I have used this company several times over the years, generally to find tour extensions or difficult flights. I have been satisfied on all counts. Their agents are always pleasant and often find flights/extensions that I could not (even after considerable internet searching.) In one instance, in looking for a tour which when to a specific part of Scotland, their agent sent me a number of recommendations and even made follow up requests of the companies for information. Ultimately, it did not work out, but the agent (despite not making anything for her considerable work) remained pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again in those instances where I want a travel agency.

We recently returned from a vacation to Paris and southern Italy, which we booked through Elizabeth Holmes Travel - it was the trip of a lifetime! Our agent explained our options thoroughly, gave us informed recommendations, and handled all flights, hotels and transfers. We also knew that if a flight got cancelled or something else came up, we could call EHT 24/7 and they would make alternate plans - big peace of mind! We will definitely book our next trips through EHT, and we recommend you do too!

They did a good job booking the flights, cars and hotels but I could have found it online for less. No hassles and friendly staff. We went to Italy and the guy I sat beside smelled like garlic and kept farting and then blowing it over to next seat with the skymall magazine. Hotel was nice and the tours were a bargain. I gained 5lbs from the food in 10 days.

My experience with this company was terrible. Customer service horrible. Terrible follow through. Company behaved as if they were uninterested and could not be bothered. Would not recommend that you use this company when searching for Travel agents.
