I really enjoy taking classes at Title Boxing so far. Ive taken classes with Nicole and Greg and they are both great teachers. Nicoles classes really kick my butt (in a good way) and Greg has really helped me understand the techniques needed to do the moves as a beginner. This is one of the only exercise classes I look forward to. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming to all types which I REALLY appreciate -- I dont feel self conscious here even though I really dont know what Im doing. :) Only (small) cons: - It is very pricey to sign up as a member in my opinion. Luckily when I joined there was a great special going or there is no way I could have afforded it. Its too bad they dont offer class punch passes or something along those lines since that would be a much better option for me and Im sure others like me who just want to go to class once a week without the signup fees and yearly commitment. Im sure they would get more business if they had more inclusive pricing. - For the membership price there are very few amenities. For a gym membership of any kind I expect a few perks, like a shower (at minimum) and ideally a steam room or sauna in addition to machines, classes, etc. For now, I would recommend Title Boxing to anyone interested in boxing or kickboxing classes and will continue to go. I hope in the future they will consider adding more price points/ways to pay and perhaps a few more perks for members.

This is a great workout option for the family. My family of 4 has been attending for about 9 months now, and weve enjoyed every one of the trainers on staff. They have classes throughout the day, every day, and are responsive to feedback on how to provide a better experience for their members, including adding new classes when demand is there. Kids (mine are 8 and 12) are welcome at every class, but they also offer an afternoon class specifically for the younger set. They even adjusted the time of the class to accommodate an earlier release for the updated school year. The workouts themselves are intense and challenging, and the trainers do a good job to modify the workouts to accommodate varying skill levels. Im not here to learn how to box, but their continual emphasis on proper form ensures that I stay mentally engaged throughout as well. The facility is always very clean, well lit, and has a good selection of well-maintained equipment to use if its your first time. However, Im sure youll be picking out your own custom pair of gloves to buy if you give it a try.

I have been trying to do some form of strength training for a while and have tried many different things. I never considered boxing because it seemed like a silly class - like Zumba or something. Until my friend told me to try Title boxing for free. I was hooked within the first five minutes because thats all it took to prove how intense and FUN boxing is. I joined immediately and havent regretted it for a minute. Everyone is SO helpful and accommodating to whatever skill level you have and they push you to get better every day. I have only been a member for a month and already see awesome results that I couldnt achieve on my own (mostly because I get bored too easily). This place is fast-paced, intense and EFFECTIVE! Whether you want to up your boxing skills or just get the best full-body workout youve ever had - you have to go to Title. Im never leaving.

I cant put into words what a great experience I have had with Title Boxing Club in Greenwood. Every instructor offers a different twist on the classes and there is never a dull moment. From the General Manager to the front desk team they all make you feel comfortable and strong. It is a KILLER workout and also keeps you working your brain with the different combinations during classes. This makes the hour fly by. If you are thinking about joining, do it! I have never been part of something that has made me feel more empowered and strong within myself. Not to mention, they are always holding fun raffles and are looking for great ways to get involved in the community. Doesnt get much better than that! Go talk to Levi at the front desk or the General Manager Greg now, I promise you wont regret it!

My friend convinced me to try out TITLE a few weeks ago. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out with a new membership. I take Barre3 classes 5-7 days a week and find boxing is the perfect compliment. It gets my heart rate up and provides a full body workout in a much more exciting way than a trip to the gym. I actually canceled my gym membership since theres a treadmill and some weights in the back of TITLE if I ever need it. I prefer a couple of trainers over the others. Everyones style is different which is fine, but Id recommend Manny or Irie for someones first class. Grab a friend and try it out!

The class workouts are fun and so the class goes by really fast. The core exercises are terrific. Everyone is very friendly. Being female, I thought I would feel out of place but there are lots of women members. The first class was tough but I appreciated the instructors giving modifications in case like me you are not in as tip top shape as they are. :) They have a free try a class so I recommend you try it! They have a family membership available which I use quite a bit. My daughter enjoys it too and is doing it to fulfill her p.e. requirement.

Boxing and kickboxing are by far the best workouts Ive ever experienced.

I have joined about 2 months now. I tried the free class - Greg convinced me to try it. As soon as the session ended, I signed up. I have been going there 5/7. Absolutely awesome environment. Let me define "awesome" . Very friendly crew. Knowledgeable trainers. Some trainers focus on technique more than others, a perfect balance. Facilities are well maintained. The hours meet my needs. I wish they add a few more options on weekends. I found other members very supportive, especially during your first few session.

We have been coming to TITLE, Greenwood for over a year now and are still addicted to the energy the trainers, staff, and other members provide as soon as we walk in the door! It is a very clean and safe environment, as well as being a "positive place to take out negativity" as club manager, Greg, often says. Nicole, Manny, Irie, and all the trainers give amazing boxing/skills classes that make you sore (in a good way!) the next day.
