Very beginner-friendly. The studio is relaxing and clean, and they make yoga totally approachable. I took the Intro series with Lisa and I found myself looking more and more forward to my weekly yoga classes as the series progressed. She knew how to deal with students limitations and created a safe, comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The variety of classes offered here means there is something for everybody. If you are a total beginner, or Really Stiff there are easy classes. Their power yoga classes will challenge even elite athletes. A wide variety of styles are taught by several instructors at studios in both Silverdale and Port Orchard.
