Kym and Shawn have created such a healing and peaceful space with Shanti Living Wellness. They have both changed my life in so many positive ways. Kym is a highly intuitive, gentle, very knowledgeable wellness and yoga teacher. She makes yoga and movement fun, and something I look forward to each week! She works with my individual needs each time, has taught me body and alignment awareness as well as learning new ways to improve my wellness through eating, sleeping and body care. Shawn is a very kind, and wise healer. His knowledge about the body has educated and encouraged me, and he has worked out my body pains and misalignment many times. I will continue on this healing journey with Kym and Shawn indefinitely and am extremely thankful that I found them both! You are both awesome!

Shanti Living Wellness offers so much for everyones needs. Whatever your needs be Kym and Shawn will strive to improve your physical and mental health. You feel the healing begin as soon as you enter the studio. Kym with her a soothing voice while instructing Yoga or who takes you into another world while playing her "crystal bowls". Shawns magical touch with his healing hands in Massage Therapy. What I like best is the variety of their healthful plans. Every time I visit Poulsbo, WA, I always pay them a visit, because it is truly a haven away from the hustle and bustle.
