My friend Nick and I dropped in to see Kevin and Bri for a Saturday morning partner workout and also show off some equipment from Kiloflex. Bri, Kevin, and the other gym members were friendly and welcoming. East Ridgefield CrossFit is an awesome new gym with great equipment, great coaching, and awesome ownership. I would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to join a new gym or just drop in for a workout.
