This sellers agent did a very poor job of responding to the 35R itemizing things that needed to be fixed. Repairs were slapdash, one failed leading to a fixture smashing. One of two HVAC units was damage in some way when they cleaned it as requested. They failed to provide keys and master code for the door lock and would not respond to requests about it. Very sloppy, very poor service. Should be avoided.
