We rented a property through this property manager for 2014 and 2015. We had a number of times where they were slow to fix important problems (a leaking toilet at the wax ring and a sagging ceiling) or failed to communicate important information to the Homeowners Association. They forgot to tell the HOA that we were moving into the property, so when we moved in and parked in our dedicated parking spot, the HOA had our car towed as being illegally parked. We had to pay the $450 tow bill, and then debate with Century 21 for a solid three months before they admitted fault and repaid. When moved out, we had the property shampooed and cleaned, then did a walk-through with a representative of Century 21 with the move out sheet. They took pictures and told us everything looked fine and that they would come back within the week to finalize all the move out paperwork. We moved out and 30 days later, we received a letter letting us know that they had the carpets shampooed.. again, had the house cleaned.. again and were going replace the curtains and that they would be withholding $2k of our deposit! We were completely taken aback, as none of this info came up while we were there in person to discuss or contradict. After a number of calls and emails back and forth, they agreed to refund a portion of the $2k. Then they stopped communicating. Weve now sent them 3 emails, two phone calls and a letter. Nothing from them. I guess from here its small claims court, social media and the Better Business Bureau. Beware.

I rented a home from this company for a year. The owner, Nick, was a very nice guy to deal with but I cant say the same for the rest of the team and the homeowners. My biggest issue while living there is that maintenance requests werent handled quickly. After a year, we moved because the owners decided to sell the place. When we left I made sure to the leave the house in better condition than when I moved in. They kept $200 for a repair that I had requested be made while living there (a broken microwave handle) and after a written dispute, offered to return that. The worst part is that upon getting my final portion of my security deposit, they kept $50 for a carpet repair that was not included in my itemized list that I received a month after moving out. The carpet repair that they provided a receipt for wasnt even done until almost 2 months after I moved out. Ive rented homes a few different times and have always had good experiences (and gotten my security deposits back), but this left me with a bad taste. I recommend looking elsewhere for your rental homes.

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful an experience it has been renting from Turner Properties. We have been with Turner for over 3 years and anytime we have had any issues...they immediately address it. Nick Schultz helped us make the transition from Bend to West Linn seamlessly. Anytime I have had a question or a concern Nick has gone out of his way to find the answer and get the solution as quickly as possible. Far too often we forget the people who make our lives easier that work in the background. Nick is definitely one of those people who work tirelessly at making sure your property is what you want and need it to be. I know that when the time comes for us to transition from renting to buying...we know who we are going to turn too for all the help we can get. Another amazing person on the team? Jessica Bridges. She is prompt, helpful and a true gem!

My house was supposed to have been sold and the sale fell through. I had already moved 3,000 miles away, and Turner Properties worked with me to get my house ready to be rented. Everything was done with phone calls and emails. They were able to work with me and rent my property so I wouldnt see a deficit in my finances. I have done the landlord thing before, and it was always such a hassle and I ended up frustrated and overwhelmed. This time with a qualfied property manager it has been easy. I highly recomnend listing your properties with Turner Properties if you are looking for a great property manager.
