What used to be a small and efficient real estate sales and property management company has now become a slow, non-responsive, "who cares?", understaffed operation that has lost all of its prior personal touch and attention. Your calls are routed to an answering machine with no option to talk with a real person. Even then, no one returns your calls for weeks, if not months. Try stopping by the office and you will see a skeleton staff that can only take notes and refers all problems and concerns to the property manager that never returns the call or E-Mail. It is a slow and painfull process to get any feedback or response on your rental property. With the current real estate market being down, you would think that customer service would improve ... but at Farrell & Associates, it only gets worse by the day. There are too many competent property management companies in Portland. Dont waste your time with Farrell & Associates.

They respond in a effective way to work orders placed, they always answer your questions, and when you walk into their office were looked at as one of them.
