Im reviewing this as I wait for Shelly Sanders to arrive after being called multiple time beginning 3 hours ago. Im a buyer coming from Idaho and Im moving into my home. The yard is a mess, it was lovely this spring. The sellers are not out. The seller paperwork is a mess, necessitating an extension. The sellers and I have worked together to get them out while allowing my movers to put my things downstairs. Movers have unloaded my belongings. The sellers and I have gotten them loaded up. They are still waiting for their agent. My agent is waiting on their agent. My animals are waiting on their agent. Shelley is a mess. Stay far away. Unbelievable. UPDATE 2 days later. Shelley and her husband (who is also an agent at Coldwell Banker Bain) finally showed up. Im guessing that they were out buying their new Lexus that they showed up in. 3 and a half hours we waited for a piece of paper MY agent already had done. To be fair, a lot of this is the sellers fault. Kept sliding the closing date to the right, and werent ready to move when it came around. But the paperwork issue, thats on the Sanders. Not explaining the laws concerning home transfer- thats on the Sanders. Not checking on the property before the close, not being present for the walk through, not verifying the repairs, thats on the Sanders. Not looking me in the eye when I explain these things, thats on the Sanders. STAY. AWAY.

The Last Unicorn
I decided to do FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and save myself $20,000. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. With the online sites available such as Zillow, it makes the process very easy. I almost listed with Randy and Linda Knapp, but luckily came to my senses before signing any listing agreement with them. Their zero response via email and giving nothing but terrible referrals to me was enough to make me think twice. Now I write this review because something else happened to me by the so called “professional” Randy Knapp. He heard my property sold and so he called me and left me a voice message saying it was because of HIM that my property sold to this contractor. I immediately talked to the contractor who bought my house and he said no, he saw it listed For Sale By Owner on Zillow, and it had nothing to do with Randy Knapp. So, Randy was so wrong and so out of line. He wanted to get credit for the sale of my home when he had absolutely nothing to do with it! Mind boggling. He clearly sounded resentful in his voice message and even after the buyer of my house called Knapp to clarify and tell him how he found my house for sale by owner on zillow, Randy never bothered to call me back and apologize for his crappy voice message. Just goes to show you the TRUE colors of these people.
