This company just stuck a 3 day Pay or Vacate notice on my door. I own my home. My house # is clearly marked on the front of my house and it does not match the address that is on the notice. Do they not know what their rental properties look like? Its for a house down the road. Now I know that my neighbor is having financial difficulties, I know their full names, I know how much they pay for rent. I would hate for any company to make that kind of mistake with my personal information!! They also lied. The notice is dated for the 6th and it was taped to my door on the morning of the 7th. I heard the person on my porch and it woke me up. Edit to reply to their response - I dont care about you aplogizing to me. What I care about is what your company does to protect your clients personal identifiable information. You seem to shift blame to an independent contractor, but you hired the independent contractor, so take some responsibility. If I was the home owner, Id be disappointed. In the past year, there has been 4 tenants in my neighbors house. The last one had 4 HUGE dogs and didnt keep up with yard maintenance. Now that I rent out my home in that area, I use a different property management company and can not in good faith recommend you to home owners I know that are interested in renting out their homes when they get stationed out of the area.

My son rented a condo with a roommate, there first apt. His roommate bailed after 6 months, and son contuined to get rent paid..place was rented til the end of dec. My son had lost his keys, and upon moving out, he explained this to them, moved out on the 31th, which was a saturday and the office was closed. We got the carpet shampooed the best we could. The office was closed on sunday and monday and he was told he didnt get the keys turned in a timely manner(the keys he lost). On tuesday he called to tell them he just got a key from the other renter that had moved out, but he didnt get off work til 8. But because he didnt make prior arraingements in getting the keys that he didnt have, he was told they would never rent to him again. My son works 2 jobs and did the best he could upon moving out.Told that all I was doing was making excuses for my son, when I was telling the gods honest truth. Also was told that the home owners association was charged for extra things left at the dumpster, called my son and told he needed to have the stuff removed by 4. He said he was at work til 8 and I would be able to removed the items but it would after 4, they said that was ok. I arrived and only found a tv, which I did removed. So explain to me what they were charged for?

I was in need of renting my home out but, I knew I couldnt manage a rental on my own. I contacted Kitsap real estate group and met Sarah and her team. I was kept in the loop, received the best help from them and my home was rented so fast. After a year of renting my home out I decided to sell. They took care of that as well. They got my home sold so fast and helped me get everything in order. I would recommend them to anyone needing rental or selling help!

Nicole and her team have been the most outstanding service to me as a land lord. Minutes before our first tenants were to arrive to move in, Nicole found that the unit had flooded after water was turned on by the utility. She managed the entire clean up, pulling her team together and ensure the tenants who needed a place to stay had one. I highly recommend them.

The management invokes the Landlord Tenant Act to their benefit but ignored their responsibilities when it comes to protecting the tenant,. They have unlawfully withheld my deposit, conducted business in bad faith and in my opinion are deceitful if not larcenous.

As a landlord, I used them to run credit checks, screen clients and help me select the best client. It was cost effective and useful. I have referred several friends and clients to Kitsap Home Rental Services.
