The best of the best! For the record, I work at Lee Davies Real Estate and continue to work with Lee because of his commitment to excellence and high ethical standard. This is not something I’ve always seen my nearly 20 years in the Real Estate industry. The negative review below is bogus. We believe we know who wrote it and it was not a potential client at all. The review was originally posted under the fictitious name of “Teresa” and was removed by Google because of its false content and slanderous nature. It was later reposted under this name. This person has accused Lee of lying which, I know is ridiculous because Lee is known for his sometimes brutal honesty. Granted, it’s not always what people WANT to hear. Lee does not lie about his experience and has over 25 years in Portland Real Estate and has been a diamond platinum member of the million dollar club. The majority of our listings are in Portland, not Beaverton but Lee has thorough knowledge in both. We also have listings throughout the Portland Metropolitan area with brokers who specialize in different communities. Lee has never had a "giant Hummer". Years ago, he had a little H3 that we used for transporting large signs. Lee also has never claimed that everyone who works for him is a native Portlander but much of our team is. Lee has created an amazing company with a unique business model. Each client has a specialized 3-broker team providing consistent service using systems and protocols he has perfected over time. He has set the bar very high which translates into success for our clients and in turn, our brokers. I wouldn’t just recommend Lee Davies Real Estate because I work here, but because everyone in the company consistently provides the best service you will find anywhere in the industry.

Real Estate is a stressful, especially if you are not confident that you have current local market information. We worked with Jeff Koegler and the team at Eleete Real Estate. Jeff did an outstanding job educating, guiding, and advising us. Lee Davies, the owner, was personally involved with our search as well. It was refreshing to see Jeff narrow the search as he got more information about what was most important. Agents I’ve worked with in the past don’t have the focus that Eleete has. I found that a frustrating waste of time. Jeff Koegler and Lee Davies have a deep understanding of the Portland market, coupled with great expertise in negotiating. That made a tremendous difference. Another agency would not have made this transaction happen. Jeff did a great job of protecting our interests. The other agent missed a lot that Jeff caught. I had a great experience with Eleete Real Estate. Ive found the agents and staff who I worked with to be nothing but consummate professionals, ethical and trustworthy. I was impressed with the level of support I had throughout the home buying process. I felt listened to and felt like I had a team backing my husband and I throughout our transaction. Because their brokers work together on a team we always had the experience and knowledgeable input of our senior broker and she was able to guide us through the negotiations. However, we also had a junior agent who was very available to us to show us whatever properties we wanted to see and accommodate our sometimes crazy schedule. We had a complicated transaction and I was truly glad to have their expertise to rely on throughout the process. Cant recommend them enough!

Lees local knowledge and expertise determined the ideal sales prices that generated an abundance of activity the moment our house went on the market. We received multiple offers within days. I am writing to place a warning for potential customers since we had a horrendous experience working with the agents of this real estate company. Beware of the inexperienced and unprofessional agents from this firm. They can cost you time, money and opportunity. Our list of problems was endless including misleading us on occasion ,delays due to incompetence, refusal to do due diligence. For a reputed market leader, the agents here were surprisingly incompetent and brokers unprofessional.
