From our first email sent to the team to receiving the keys to our home they were responsive and fought for our interests. Leading up to our visit to the area Maria was extremely helpful setting us up on MLS with possible listings and did a great job helping us narrow down our search to a handful of homes to see in person. Once in the area she had a well organized plan to show us homes we had shown interest in. She deftly walked the line between being available to answer questions and letting us see houses at our own pace, which was much appreciated. Her pulse on the local market allowed us to quickly get our offer accepted and begin with the purchase process. Throughout the closing I always felt that she was fighting for our best interests, something which was greatly appreciated during our long distance purchase.
