hi my name is kim and i have to say our family has made MANY purchases and many sales through coldwell banker parkshore,every single one of us (theres a total of 8 different household families)including ourselves have had excellent experiences prompt return calls, very friendly,they explain EVERYTHING very clearly ,very personable,no one in our family will ever need another company to lead us through real estate transactions,i can honestly say they made it easy for us to buy and sell. all 8 households have bought and sold through this office way more than once and most of us more than twice,probably more. thank you coldwell parkshore!,you guys are the best

Melanie gordan was our broker for a house we were looking into. After getting her multiple recommendations from our current landlords and my dads boss, who she was very very rude too she called and told us we didnt get the house because our current landlords said we broke our lease. The lease on our current house was up in may and after talking with our landlords they had never told Melanie that. I would never recommend coldwell to anyone. They have no problem scaming people out of their hard earned money.

I used them for property management and my manager did a wonderful job for what I needed and with kindness and efficiency. they helped find great renters (better than what I had found on my own), navigated some complicated issues that would have been difficult for me to do, and respected my needs. Love them!

This very professional company will put your mind at ease as a renter or owner of a rental property. Anytime I had an issue at my rental property, Park Shore was there to take care of the issue. June Moore, the managing broker is the best!
