I have to agree with Cindrar, The Cynthia Scmier Team listed and sold my home. They are very Professional and knowledgable about the Market. Karena was my listing agent and she did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of what was going on and making sure that anytime my home was shown by a Realtor from another office that I had an update on what the potenetial buyer thought about my home. In this time of a Real Estate Market being tough, it was great to have the The Cynthia Schmier Team working for me. My home was advertised on many web sites and on the MLS site. I know that advertising my home on the Many Web Sites was, A Great Way to get my home seen by as many buyers as possible. Karena gave me suggestions of what to update, before I put the home on the market and she also helped me with a contact to help stage the home. (I now know what the terminology (personal things Mean) ..Karena answered many questions along the way about Escrow and finance that helped me feel less stressful at the time of closing the Sale. Her knowledge was Greatly Appreciated. I fell very confident with The Cynthia Schmier Team and will use their services the next time I purchase and sale a home. To have True Real Estate Proffesionals is a Wonderful thing ,during this stressful time of buying and selling. Searched for potential rental properties, as a result of job relocation to the Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. Saw several properties listed and managed by Re/Max Country, and to contact Josh. Left a voicemail after calling his provided number, then a text message with property addresses of interest. He was quick to reply initially indicating 2 of 3 were no longer available, and he asked basic qualifying questions (# of residents, credit history etc.). After providing that information there were no further responses. I followed up a few times, and nothing... "crickets". I know I was qualified for the property in question, but the fact is that no reply was given to further inquiry, not a "you arent qualified" or anything else. Not very professional. It seems like the market out here has properties moving quickly; so it definitely doesnt help when your inquiries go unanswered. I took my business elsewhere.

If I could give this Remax no stars and still be able to write a comment I would. We moved out of a rental property abt a month ago and they still refuse to give us what we need to prove why we have an outrageous bill. We are a military family that was sent to a different duty station and were surprised to get a bill on top of the 1350 that they kept of our security deposit. They charged us for cleaning and even an inspection fee. Yet they still wont provide the pics or receipts to prove why they charged us so much. My husband and I send emails and calls to get this situation handled. First they said they couldnt find the pics.. Now theyre saying I need to contact the owner of the house. We are so disappointed bc we had to move out of state and are unable to handle this situation in person. We even emailed Cynthia and still are yet to receive a response.

DO NOT do any dealings with Remax Country rentals!! The property manager is a crook and as for move ins, her son does a 10 minute move in, no walk through, doesnt know nay thing about the house, didnt know where we were suppose to get mail. Had the wrong keys and never came back with the right ones. We had to go 2 weeks unable to lock our house and the owners of the home finally had a family member bring us the right keys. The property manager added an additional $500 deposit on the contract and told us the owners of the home requested it. We found out from the owner that they did not request an additional deposit. Remax Country...CROOKS!!!!

When we were looking for a real Estate agent, we already had in mind a top agent friend from an other firm but after a short meeting with Cynthia Schmier of Re-Max in Yelm, it became clear that she was more qualified to handle our special off-grid situation. Adam Schmier is one of the best realtors that me and my husband have had the pleasure of working with! We bought our second home with him and he was very thorough; which was excellent because we relocated from CO to WA. He really took his time to listened to what we wanted and found properties not only in our price range, but the look and feel we were after. Karena Peterson is an amazing realtor. She was very patient and a pleasure to work with. She was always responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or wanted to view another home. She helped us through the entire process and with the closing. After the sale RE/MAX Country loaned us their moving truck saving us around $200.00 or more in rental fees. I highly recommend Karena, RE/MAX Country and The Cynthia Schmier Team!

The Cynthia Schmier Team have done a outstanding job again, everything was very easy and they are very efficient. 10 years ago the Cynthia Schmier Remax team sold me a commercial building and also sold a piece of bare land of mine and all my experiences have been great. We are a military family that moves a lot and this was the worst management weve ever had to deal with. It took them a year to do repairs on things that were broken before we moved in. Left as soon as our lease was up. Too many bad things to say about this place, do not rent a home with them!
