We worked with Ethan Frelly, who has since been promoted to a lead role for Beltran Properties. He was everything we were looking for in a real estate agent. We first met Ethan at an open house. It was one of those weekend days where the weather was crappy and we didnt have anything better to do. We had never done open housing before. We werent even ready to buy yet and just wanted to see what was out there. Open housing actually became somewhat of a regular weekend event for us and we met lots of agents trying to acquire our business. It became something fun for us to do when we didnt have anything else going on. Anyway, the following months leading up to when we were ready to actively start looking for a home, Ethan was the only agent who checked in with us a regularly to see where we were in our process. I respected that about him because I work in sales and understand how beneficial it is following up on a lead. Therefore, we gave him a shot and he came through. He first took us out for coffee after looking at a house that we found on Redfin that had potential. It wasnt the one for us, but Ethan won us over with the way he explained the buying process and answered all the questions I had about the real estate business. We even used his referral for the lender we chose to go with. After our coffee date, we exclusively went and toured houses with Ethan eventually closing on our home. Ethan and his Beltran team were very freindly, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout our experience with them!

Jaime is a fantastic agent. He is an extremely knowledgeable and patient agent and helped us navigate the real estate market with our best interests in mind. He was like our personal advisor and went out of his way to insure that we received the right price and the home was delivered in the condition expected. Jaime was always extremely responsive, thorough, and completed everything s for us in a short amount of time. He also coordinated all the home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice. He has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing through escrow. I’m glad we did because he was very knowledgeable about the community and market, and the transition from selling to buying such an easy process. During the listing, Aurora came out to the house to make sure everything was staged correctly and was very communicative during the whole process. She kept everything on track. If we wanted to follow up, she was always one step ahead. Everything went as planned on the dates we expected. The whole process from listing to selling to buying was completed in less than 2 months!
