Lets imagine real estate is a dark and scary forest and youve heard there is a cozy cool little cabin out there in the woods thats all yours *IF* you find it. Did I mention the forest was dark and scary? And dark furry creatures hide in the shadows growling? What you need is a guide. Someone cheery, who knows all the right paths, how to read the trails to keep you out of the quicksand and away from the rodents of unusual size. You need someone who is a cross between a ninja and a ranger, and make sure you make it to your cabin by her moxie and the sharp edge of her wits and lights the way with the force of her personality. One that may even bring a snack and some hot cocoa. Thats Marguerite. Shes full of win, cheerful, full of alacrity, and the sort of person that isnt just waiting with a pen. Shes not one of the evil creatures in the forests. Shes your co-adventurer and she will help you find your cabin. Oh, and she may go skydiving with you if you are really brave like she did with me and we totally didnt land in a dark and scary forest.
