This last June (2014) We were looking for our first time home and were referred to Keller Williams, specifically Ashley McDowell Jones....The entire time I felt as though she was working for her own personal gain and was VERY pushy including an offer we wanted to place, deciding for us that a higher offer is best (almost full price) along with brushing off important fixes that needed to be made to the house. We could have stood our ground more but I guess I felt as though buying a house would have been more enjoyable. After she had gone behind my back to my husband regarding news on the house I let her know we were not going to continue her service, then her equally pushy supervise Dolf Peterson stepped in assuring me he just wanted me to be happy with the home and "do what I can to make this purchase happen" We left Keller Williams and moved over to Andrea Fay with Remax and it was a fantastic choice, she was beyond helpful and listened to our wants and needs. Since our experience I have herd nothing but terrible things about Keller Williams and Ashley Mcdowell Jones, in a personal and professional setting. I strongly advise ANY home buyers to stay away from Keller Williams, very uncomfortable and angering process.

Kristin recently helped us buy our first home. She helped us understand the previously unfamiliar process of buying a home and bent over backwards to help us get everything in order to close on time. She helped comfort me when I became frustrated with the various decisions that had to be made and offered to make phone calls and contact other parties involved for us whenever possible. She worked around our busy schedules and communicated with us frequently. She and her assistant were quick to respond to all of our questions. Her words and actions made it clear that her number one priority was helping us find a house we loved and getting us in there as seamlessly as possible, regardless of the size of commission she might make.
