As a landlord, Karla did a fantastic job helping us find a great group of student tenants (with great credit and rental history). She went far and above what we paid her to do. She walked us through the whole process. We went through some applicants (with bad rental history)- that she steered us clear of. We communicated via cell phone/text many times to successfully put the 1 year lease into effect (as this was our first time doing a 1 year lease). She knows all the tricks and rules of thumb- we are so thankful for Karla and her team. They are wonderful! We will always work with her when we rent out our properties. EVEN THE STUDENTS THAT OCCUPY OUR HOUSE RAVED ABOUT KARLA AND HER SERVICES. THEY BROUGHT HER A NICE PLANT TO THANK HER WHEN SIGNING THE LEASE. Thanks Karla! Angela (from Sonoma State University) I know that students may not be thrilled with Hills and Homes as they make sure the house is returned to move in condition (and fees are charged IF needed, as fitting).

These people are about as bright as a 5 watt, they are also extremely rude. I have had several issues while renting a property though this management company, to the point where I just want to leave my house solely based on their involvement. I really would not recommend doing business with this company if at all possible, your asking for nothing more than a head ache and the typical run around. I would give them 0 out of 5.

Incompetent Unresponsive Questionable business practices (will be pursuing legal action as well), I have a series of written documentation proving that they are not acting in good faith. Avoid them at all costs.

Hills and Homes has done a great job managing my property. They take care of all my issues and get my rent money to me very quickly

Horrible people. Do your best to avoid working with them. They fee you for everything and thats all they care about.
