Before going to Crossfit North Pacific I was pretty sure I would like it because I enjoy working out but I have been surprised by how much I LOVE it!!! The gym is clean, bright and very well equipped. The work outs are fantastic with great variety and everything is explained well and taught with precision. They make sure we are doing it right so we dont get hurt and can maximize our effort. The best part, however, is the people!! Polly, Dave and the other instructors are amazing. They have the perfect mix of praise and pressure, encouraging you to do your very best and to give it your all every time. The other athletes are fantastic, I love being a part of a group where everyone is so kind and supportive. Its great to have friends when youre working heart out, we encourage each other and no one looks at you funny when you grunt or groan! Showing up at Crossfit North Pacific is the best way to start my day. I love it! I signed up planning to just do a few months to get through the off season but Im so addicted now that there is no way I could quit now. I would miss my new friends and miss out on the fun we have every day with the work out of the day. I cant wait to see what we do tomorrow!

Crossfit North Pacific is the best place Ive ever worked out, and they have the best workouts Ive ever done. Polly and Dave have created a fantastic community atmosphere. Egos are checked at the door, and people of all ages and varying levels and fitness feel both comfortable and excited about working out. Though everyone participates in the same workout, the coaches help each person tailor the workout to his/her level. Polly, Dave and the other coaches continually motivate and challenge the athletes on both a physical and mental level. One of the best things about working out at CFNP is the team atmosphere. Not only do the coaches push you, but members also motivate each other. I have only positive things to say about CFNP and cant recommend it enough.

Iam 47 and Watched from the window of my store as people ran by day after day, until one day I had the courage to ask what everyone was doing. I found Crossfit…. WOW..It’s amazing how it has changed my life. I was out of shape, unhappy and a little bored. Not now..I have more energy and Iam getting in great shape, I also was Able to compete in the Warrior Dash thanks to CrossFit North Pacific. I have a bunch of new friends my age, older and younger...The workouts are always a blast, Polly & Dave are simply the best, always there to encourage, support and motivate you. One of the things I love about CrossFit North Pacific is the awesome support you get from everyone who is working out with you. We are a TEAM and no one feels alone….

My wife and I joined Crossfit North Pacific in October 2012 to get us through the winter months, meet new friends, and to get back in shape. I will say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everyday at Crossfit is different and every workout is a challenge. Polly is a great coach and the addition of other trainers has been awesome. The Crossfit for Kids program is also nice to get your kids involved. As soon as I started Crossfit, the weight just shed off. I am not a strict diet person, but the Crossfit coaches helped me start cutting out some of the crap in my diet. The support I receive from the coaches and other members keep coming back for more. I have met some life long friends at Crossfit!

Dave and Polly are both great trainers and have become great friends. I have been to just every (normal) gym and tried many workouts over the years. Crossfit is the only workout I truly enjoy and find challenging. I have also grown up in and around gyms and played college sports, so I would consider my lifting and athletic knowledge/ ability above average. With that said I am learning new lifts and movements daily, as well as making solid gains. I have been doing the Crossfit thing for 1.5-2 years... Crossfit and the community also provide accountbility, which is the tuff part in my opinion. All in all we have met some great people and will continue to enjoy CFNP and getting our butts in shape!

Getting involved in any new fitness program can be pretty intimidating, especially if youre not entirely sure what youre looking for. I was fortunate enough to have CFNP recommended to me by a friend, and they welcomed me with open arms from day one. No matter what your skill level or current regiment is, the coaches are all very knowledgeable and will help you achieve whatever goals youre shooting for. The owner might possibly be the nicest person in the world, and she is always willing to listen to what youd like to accomplish, and lay out a plan to get you there. I couldnt be happier with the lifestyle changes they introduced and the sense of community they foster.

I have been cross fitting close to six months now. This is a new style of working out for me, and I love that you are in control of your own pace and growth as an athlete. There is always something to improve, and always something new to try. I thought I was a decent shape when I started, and am shocked how much my fitness has elevated over the past few months. I just got back to soccer again and my game has changed because of my fitness. The trainers, Polly and Dave, are so motivating, friendly and knowledgeable. Finn the dog keeps everyone in check too. No matter what fitness level or age you are, Cross Fit North Pacific will take you to meet your healthiest goal.

I had been thinking of starting CrossFit for a while but never got up the courage to go in. Im not in the best shape and always felt unwelcome or intimidated at other gyms. After my first class here I was kicking myself for not just going for it earlier! I was happily welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. The coaches are all great and take the time to make sure you learn the movements correctly and encourage you to do your best. And it’s not just the coaches, everyone I’ve met here has been so nice and everyone helps keep each other motivated! This place was exactly what I needed to get me in shape and the amazing people here keep me coming back.

I highly recommend CFNP. The environment is friendly and positive. The coaches not only know your name they care about your overall health and growth. The coaches are knowledgeable and go through the movements to prevent injury. The programming is great and the workouts can be scaled no matter your age or fitness level. This is a great place for families. Our 12 year old daughter goes to kids Crossfit and we have seen her gain confidence and strength. We have made many friends and we cant say enough positive things about CFNP and the athletes/coaches. So come on in and join the fun, make some friends and get a workout while doing so.

Best coaches and athletes around! If youre new to CrossFit, do not be intimidated. The coaches are very good at scaling workouts (movements and weights) to something that is at your present skill level, yet pushes you enough to get better. They are also great at making extra challenging when you want it, and always fun. Ive been a member of this CrossFit community for almost three years and have enjoyed everything about it: from the 6am workouts, to the Saturday partner WODs, to the community involvement, and constant improvement. What Polly and Dave have created here is nothing short of amazing. Keep up the good work.
