Ive heard good things about this place. So far, my 4 year old son has attended a free introductory class. He enjoyed it very much. There is an upstairs balcony area where parents can watch their children in classes. This is nice. I couldnt watch however, because my 2 year old was throwing a fit because he wanted to participate. I wish they had a small play room for the babies/toddlers who are waiting for their siblings.

Cascade Elite has terrific gymnastics programs. Both the recreational and the team programs have coaches that are very knowledgable and exceedingly encouraging. Their facility is GREAT too!

When my sister was young she got hurt they didnt say anything too my mom. Now I cant do gymnastics I wish my mom would for give and forget. Its really hard to train my self.
