Wow. Where do I start. First my pacage was scheduled for delivery on July 21st. Then it was changed to July 25th. From July 21st to July 24th, my package just sat at the facility in west Virginia. Then departed at 1:45 pm on Monday the 24th. It arrived in Windsor CT on Tuesday the 25th at 4:45pm. Mind you there was no transfers in between that time. So it took the driver 27 hours to do a route that should only take you 5 to 6 hour to do. My package was supposed to be here by 8pm Tuesday the 25th. At 6pm I received another email saying that my delivery date was changed again to Thursday the 27th. I dont under stand why it was changed and why it cannot be delivered on the 26th. I never had this problem with fedex before always was a great service. Has to be either just this location or the smartpost facilities.

Absolutely the worst way to ship, FedEx picked up my merchandise in Carlisle, PA. A five hour drive from my home. Then on the first day it got as far as Hanover, PA two hours North from my home in Baltimore, MD. The next day the FedEx truck drove thru my hometown on the Baltimore Beltway I695 on its merry way to Martinsburg, WV, of all places. There is where FedEx delivered my merchandise to the US Postal Service. Now my package must sit at the post office in another state all weekend before it is shipped back to the Baltimore, MD post office and then delivered to me. Who was the fool who thought out this routing system? He/She should be fired immediately! And this is why almost no one looks up to the US for how to do things right anymore.

The Fed-Ex facility at Martinsburg WV speaks so poorly of Fed-EX and their management ~ do you know why your packages get hung up here for days? This facility CLOSES on weekends! Can you believe it. There are so many Americans looking for good jobs and willing to work - yet FedEX which is in the business of competing with other delivery services HOLDS our packages etc for the entire weekend!!! Check out their facebook page where workers talk about dragging themselves to work and cant wait to get off at 4pm. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Horrible, shipping ticket by Fedex Thursday August 17th at 4:11 pm package arrives at pickup facility Plainsfield, at 6:59 am Tuesday 22nd August Departs plainsfield at 9:50 pm , arrives Wednesday the 23rd to martinsburg at 8:08 pm ,the road time between plants is 8 hrs 34 mins ,my tracking say my package took 23 hrs now its been at martinsburg for over 12 hrs ,hell can they hire motel managers who get you on your way by 11 am. Bar your drivers from strip clubs time is not accountable I wanted to give 0 stars

FedEx needs to review how this saves anyone money or time. Anytime a package is shipped to me via "Smartpost" it actually back tracks from the FedEx depot close by my address to a Smartpost facility around 100 miles away. So my packages actually travel an extra 200 miles. Plus the extra handling ..... let alone time. Not very smart. Businesses, please dont use this service. Id pay extra to have my package in 2 days versus over 2 weeks.

Its been two weeks and I still havent received my package. Two other items ordered at the same time shipped through UPS arrived over a week ago. Shipment stalled in VA for over a week according to tracking. Ive gotten shipments from CHINA faster than this!

All of my packages that go through FedEx SmartPost are only there for 24 hours or less. For some reason at this particular SmartPost it was delayed for 3 1/2 days. Based on other reviews, it seems like this place needs to be looked into by corporate.

Absolutely the worst way to ship something. Ibought my item on Amazon & it got stuck in a SmartPost facility 20 miles from my house. It took 8 days to get to my house, 20 miles away. I could have walked there and back several times. RIDICULOUS

I live in Hagerstown my package arrived two days ago and they send it from Hagerstown to West Virginia now I have to wait two more days to comes back to Hagerstown so they can take it to the post office and they can bring my package to me.

I go to WV on my every two week vacation. Traffic is bad for me every time. I just pray or the FedEx drivers in the ice and snow They always get my stuff on time in Bethesda MD Keep up the good work

Very slow service. Scheduled Delivery updated 3 times in perfect weather. They dont even let you know they rescheduled it they just change the date and act like it was the original.

I just tracked my package,its in martinsburg now,I called the 800 number,and said I wont get it until Saturday.16 miles away,amazing,now I see why everyone goes UPS!!!
