I missed a package by less than 5 minutes that required a signature. To start with, it was to be shipped overnight but since FedEx Express wont deliver over the weekends, I had to wait until today to receive the package. I couldnt request a deliver time window. There was only a two hour window that someone wasnt going to be at my home on the delivery day and sure enough, that is when delivery was attempted. The door tag didnt say if a second delivery would be attempted or when/if the package would be available for pick up. I will also be letting the company I ordered from know about my complaint. I will try never to have to have packages shipped through FedEx. Now I have to be sure someone is at my residence all day tomorrow. Some people have to work!

I absolutely hate it when Amazon chooses Fed Ex for a 2 day carrier when I have a package going to Wilmington, NC! Is there a worse delivery experience in that area? I get a text stating package is on carrier vehicle for delivery - followed by a text stating delivery attempted - business closed! My sons apartment never closes - He lives there 24 hours a day - there is no office or business to close on the entire grounds - only 3 buildings of apartments - I have sent Fed Ex a map, called their offices, talked to Helen who states there is no way to communicate with delivery carrier, sent emails, etc - All they have to do is follow the USPS truck or the UPS truck for a day and they will learn the addresses that they do not know.

They constantly deliver our packages to the wrong house a quarter of a mile away. Even after we called to get this corrected, they still deliver to this wrong address. The owner of the house in which it was delivered was nice enough to notify us of the error, but I broke my back fetching the 104 pound box that was mis-delivered. She also mentioned that the Fed Ex guy dropped it so hard that items fell off shelves in her house. It is super expensive to have office furniture shipped, I would hope that they would deliver it correctly, but they wont. We are going to have to use UPS for all future deliveries.

Always have issues when im receiving packages thru this Fedex location, They had my package for a week and all the tracking says OUT FOR DELIVERY in the morning and in the afternoon it says NO ATTEMPT MADE WILL ATTEMPT TOMORROW. LIKE WHY?! I had to call corporate two days in a row in order to get my package. This facility needs to get its stuff in order. YOU WILL NOT be getting my business again.

Seem to have developed a pattern of either misdelivering our packages or taking them, but whatever it is, we dont get them. They are scanned as delivered but as someone is home everyday on a rural road, nobody has come through. Trying to get them to b accountable is a nightmare as they give you the runaround and promises of followups with no action. Frustrated and out of money.

UPS > Fedex in every way. UPS we can call the driver directly and intercept the package. That is the biggest plus over fedex. Not to mention we can call the terminal directly. Fedex does not do this. Get with the times fedex! I hate when my suppliers ship thru fedex. Sometimes its even my choice on which suppliers I deal with if fedex is my only choice!

They do everything except help you, I called them directly and looking for real local people help because it was shipped to wrong address, now I need it, (oh suppose to been overnight arrives by Friday, here its Saturday) and shes crying that she only one at desk and how she needs to.open the door lol! What a joke earn your $8.50

Missed a package being dropped off at my house so came over here to grab it. The woman working the desk was super polite and helpful and found my package in less than 2 minutes even though the trucks were just coming in. Very impressed.
