Dont expect honesty from anyone you talk to. My package was set to deliver on 2/17, and the online tracking said that it would. I called in to confirm that it would, and they told me to "stay home to make sure you receive it". On 2/18 it was out for delivery according to the tracking. Then at 7 pm it was returned to the warehouse with no delivery attempted. On 2/19 it was out for delivery, and at 6pm it was returned with no delivery attempted. According to Fedex there is no way they can know when it might deliver. It might deliver today, or a week from now. Theres no way they can know, and they cant do anything. You hear the word "cant" a lot when on the phone with them. Make sure you always ask to talk to a supervisor. If you talk to any of the call center people its nothing but lies to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I have now made 5 of them answer the question, "You GUARANTEE that it will deliver today?" to which they say yes. Obviously a guarantee from Fedex isnt very helpful.

The only reason THIS FedEx gets one star, is because I cant rate negative stars. They say they tried to deliver my package 3 times. The first rime, I wasnt home all day, so maybe they did. But if they did, they didnt leave a door tag. The second time was the only time they left a tag on my door. On the third day they say they tried, I PURPOSELY stayed home. I was home from 8:30am-8pm. NOBODY showed up at my door. The driver that says he did is a lying POS. Now I gotta drive 12 miles to Henrietta to get my package. While the silly b***h on the phone tells me how its not that far, because I live in Gates, and their both on the west side of Rochester...what? FedEx ground Henrietta cant deliver s**t to me...ever. They keep screwing over their deliveries, their going to be closing up shop, and be in the unemployment line...which is exactly where they belong.

A bunch of damn liars!! They said my husbands package was not delivered due to the weather!! Its 54 degrees today!!! No snow on the roads, our driveway is completely clear of snow and ice, and they delivered 2 of the 4 items earlier today(2.20.16)!!! Per their tracking system the item was sorted and on a truck here in Rochester NY in route for delivery!!! So was there a snow storm between Henrietta and the city of Rochester that the entire world has no recollection of??!! NO!! Theyre are just a bunch of lying jerks!!! How do you deliver some items just 2 hours earlier and others are "delayed due to bad weather"??!!!! Where is this bad weather??!!! What alternate universes do you dwell in??!!! 100% DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Terrible. Horrible. These are a couple of words to describe how your interaction with this location will be. Simple questions get you the run around. Things that should be easy tasks for a shipping company like "can you tell me where my package is?" are apparently complex. I hate using FedEx. Im to the point now that when I order online if there is a note section available I ask for UPS delivery. Even if thats associated with a higher cost. The worst. Avoid this place at all costs. I can assure you, theyll be doing their best to avoid doing their job if you use them.

Driver claims to have attempted delivery but in reality didnt not even come to my home. I was sitting 4 feet from my front door ALL DAY only to receive an email at 6:00 pm stating that the package couldnt be delivered because nobody was home. Really? I WAS THERE ALL DAY and at 6:00 when I received the email. This is the second problem Ive had with FedEx. I will go out of my way in the future to ensure USPS or UPS is used by shippers instead.

I wouldnt expect your package to actually be delevied on time they want to wait until the weather is better the road are clear and the sun is out also we have had issues were our packages have not been delievered to us we have had to track the package down

Wish I could give negative star amount. The staff is unprofessional. Harassing and disrespectful!! Dont bring your wife around there because she will get uncomfortable with the direct disrespect women...they will take the phone number and use it .

Delivery guy leaves a tag saying I can pick up at this address after 3:30 pm. No actual hours on the website. Call 1-800 number they say"you cannot pick up package". What the ........ Really poor customer service

Nightmare. FedEx Ground in Rochester is only open 4 days per week. They dont accept phone calls. They dont use E-mail. They have a Fax machine that is ALWAYS busy. t takes 20 minutes
