I place order with express 2 days shipping, they arrived on friday on my address and left door tag they couldnt find me, with message that will back on Saturday! I sign the tag left on door and they dint come on Saturday but in Sunday they came back and left one more door tag without first package! I call them and find out that they send back my first package to the sender without trying to deliver to my address! I spent 2 hours talking with all different Menagers because all of them were saying that I just have one door tag not 2 of them and they never came to my address before Sunday! All this headache just because they are totally unprofessional and they dont care about costumers! I hate that I below to this store for expres delivery and wish that I can change that! I wish to do not give them even one star!!!!

The worst shipping service Hub in the organization. Had a delivery scheduled for Dec 23, 2015. Package shipped on Dec 14, arrived at the Hagerstown FedEx Hub on Dec 20. It has literally sat their facility for 3 days now. I am in Severn,MD which is 2 hours away. I contacted this location and was told it was in their warehouse, and not placed on a truck yet. I asked why hasnt it been shipped and why has it been there for 3 days, the operator told me "I dont know, Im not a driver and I dont work in the warehouse." I inquired will it be placed on a truck today and delivered tomorrow since he confirmed it was still there he replied "I dont know". I will NEVER use FedEx again which means I will not be ordering anything through Toys R US again. This was a bike for my 4 yr old daughter for Christmas.

Shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called everything was scheduled for the delivery to arrive between 330 and 8 PM. I left work early was home by 330 and sat here until 9:30 PM with no delivery. Every time I call I get customer service for my foreigner. I am very frustrated and they will not call the Hagerstown distribution center to get a personal note to the driver. If they attempted to deliver again today and I am at work, the shipment will be sent back to the company. I have called the Hagerstown distribution center in the past with great success however customer service will not allow or give the phone number out. God, I could not be more frustrated and I called yesterday morning at 5 AM and again

Finally, its the holidays and my package is finally supposed to be delivered to my house. The delivery person left the paper saying that I needed to pick it up at this location in Hagerstown (40 minutes from my house). But when I get there exactly 1 minute after they close (i cant believe they close @ 7:15 in December), the receptionist abruptly informed me that they were closed and couldnt help me. First off, I have a FedEx two blocks away from my house, and secondly they should be a little more lenient during such a busy season (especially if theyre going to make you drive 40 minutes to get to the dang store). UPS is a much better choice for deliveries.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I placed an order, paid extra for next day delivery with signature. I received the following - Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized. I needed this for an event this weekend. 5 calls to FedEx got me the same answer - we wont have an answer for you for 48 hours, but our driver said they dropped it off, so they must have. I called the merchandiser and explained the situation. They were wonderful. Credited me the shipping and if my merchandise does not come in tonight by 6:00 they will refund my entire money and issue a return. UPS has my business from now on.

This location hold the worst FedEx staff and driver to date. I had a driver once before rang my door bell only once and at the same time was working on writing a mis delivery notice before I could even get to the door. Than again today, did the same thing and I was debating if I wanted to drive 45 minutes to pick the package but I know how terrible the staff are so now Im stuck waiting for the package a second time around. I dont understand why you want to be a delivery driver but dont have the patience to wait for the customer to open the door.

Terrible company, I wish I couldve chosen the carrier as I wouldve used UPS, this people lie and leave the packages stuck and dont update the system. Had a package stuck from Hagerstown to Germantown for 3 days although is a 40 mins drive. They lie and say the packages were delivered, I dont trust them, if you have the chance to chose the carrier dont use fedex for nothing, I wouldnt use them even if is free. This is not the first time I had problems with them, it prompt me to write this review. Horrible company....

The Worst. Drivers do not attempt to deliver packages and then lie about doing so. I took 2 entire days off waiting for a package and never was delivered. Had to waste gas to drive across town to pick up the package. Claimed to have called me but didnt.This is to me the worst FedEx depot in the entire company.I will never use them to deliver any of my packages to bad i have to have this company deliver to me oh wait that would explain why i never get any of my packages the drivers dont deliver.

Absolutely terrible!! My package has been sitting at their hub since Dec 21 2015 and was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd. It has had NO movement and this was a Christmas gift. Now while all the other hubs are open this one is closed for some reason!! And the fed ex customer service doesnt know why they are closed. It is now the 26th and apparently they wont reopen until the 28th so STILL no package.

This was the worst service I ever experienced. The customer service was rude and didnt help me at all when I asked to speak to cooperate they would connect me with them. I am so disappointed in how awful they are. They should be shut down. I am going to do everything in my power to see that there disorganized program is gone. Worst Service ever. I suggest no one ever uses them. I would give no stars

Worst experience ever. Always my package looses tracking from this location not once or twice always. Happened just now too. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and now no idea where it is and the tracking says I will only get it next week. I will have to request all shippers not to use fedex anymore for me.

worst ever had an item ( engine lift), was rebuilding my cars engine, sat at the location for 3 days and wasted time, now i could not work on the car for an extra week.

Horrible they always get addresses wrong!!!!!!!! Whatever you do get UPS to ship your stuff! They will also lie to you about dropping your package off!!!!!!!!
