I have sat here all day waiting for my package to come it is now 9:48 pm and no package here yet even thou when I track it and called the 1800 number itsays it is out for delivery, so now someone tell me where my package is because it has to be signed for. They also say they stop delivering by 7pm. So FUSTRATED! !!!

They need longer Saturday hours. I have a photo shoot today @ 4pm and had to replace one of my flash heads. I ordered it and its there at the depot but I cant go get my flash head because they are already closed. Why not be open till 2 or 3 for package pick up? Smh...

I almost always pick my packages up because who wants to wait til 5-6pm for something they ordered? Open at 9 am and always great service!
