Status shows that no one was home or business closed at 646 pm on a Wednesday night. Funny thing that their competition, UPS delivered a package to my front porch and spoke with my daughter at 640. So, my guess is that the fedex people once again have no clue where they are delivering to or are just too damn lazy to bother delivering. This is my second time with fedex claiming no one home to accept delivery. 3 Christmases ago, driver lied and showed my package was delivered, then when that was challenged the rep said that the package couldnt be delivered because no one was home, when that was challenged, they simply said that they werent able to deliver until after Christmas. Worst company for delivery. Sad thing is THATS THEIR ONLY JOB! Only reason they get one star is this wont post if you give zero.

Had a package delivered to my business location in Lottsburg, Va. I got there about noon to put the package inside. There was no door tag, so I knew I was ahead of the driver. After waiting about 2 hours and still no delivery, I went next door to the post office to get mail. The lady who works there told me that Fedex had been there about 1115, but did not leave the package. What? No door tag? No drop off? I could not find a way to talk to a real person. I asked that my package be dropped off at the Fedex facility and I would pick it up, I noticed that it was back but all theshipping status shows is not ready to be picked up. Fedex is holding my packages hostage! I will avoid Fedex at all costs in the future. They suck!

I just had a package delivered to my home IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY CLOSER TO THE STREET, where someone could have easily picked it up and drive away. Ive heard horror stories about how FedEx deliver packages to homes, but never would have thought that it would happen to me. I will NEVER deal with FedEx if I had to deliver something. I surely hope this review will come across the desk of the right people who can address this ridiculous way that these drivers deliver packages. Why is this store is still in business with such a bad rep? Granted that its not ALL the drivers, but all it takes is just one to make it bad for the ones who are truly doing a great job.

THE WORST DELIVERY DRIVERS! The driver delivering my package LIED and said that I wasnt home and that they left a doortag. I was sitting outside my apt for over an hour waiting on them and no one showed up! When I called the rep said that it was my word against theirs! They have NO customer service and their drivers are NOT reprimanded for saying that they attempted a delivery when they really didnt! I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this because something needs to change! The drivers only do this to their customers because their management allows it! How can a place with such a poor record of customer service still be open?!

The worst delivery service ever. I was at home on 10-18-16 and the delivery driver said security issue when I called they said he told them there was a dog in the yard....really?? I live on 16 acres and I was home no dogs in the yard at all then he said he came 2 more times all lies I was at home on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Still no package on Saturday its 3 called them again and they said the package was at the station it will be released attempted Tuesday. I cant miss more time from work after already missing 3 days because they need a signature. Worst service ever

got notice saying attempted delivery but nobody was home, when I was home all day and nobody knocked and i really dont believe anyone came into my driveway, I have dogs and they bark at anything that comes into the driveway. Therefor not only did I take a day from work I didnt receive my package. I understand there was snow on the ground (another reason i dont believe anyone came into my driveway, there were no new turn around marks) but they could have said unable due to snow, not that nobody was home.

Terrible service, package never came. Customer service reps continue to lie stating package on the way all the way up to 10:15pm. Package never came. Called 6am next day rep stated no one was home, told rep where was I because I called FEDEX all day. Two no answer. Driivers lie too, if thats what they logged. Service suck. I will try to never order anything that uses FEDEX again in Ashland. Poor service

Received notification that due to local weather my delivery was not attempted, this is four days after recent snow where roads are clear. Called the 800 number thats provided and spoke with someone that said they would transfer me to this locations phone. Stayed on hold entirely too long and never got hung up on

This is a horrible fed ex station. Every package that I have had come through there that said it was delivered was not. I have also had notices that things were attempted for delivery but no one ever came to the door and I was at home. Would never recommend this place.

Employees were not helpful when I called about my package that was not able to be delivered to my apartment. The employee said they would call me back after they looked for my package and I did not hear from them. Terrible customer service.

They have literally never delivered my package correctly! Its a shame that a nice lady in customer service has to listen to my complaint when theses incompetent people at this fedex location cant do their job
