This store is one of those stores when you go in you anticipate there being something wrong or they will find some way to charge you... I think of the 20+ times Ive gone to ship something from this location Ive successfully shipped something twice. Without fail this location will find some way to charge you even if you prepay for labels like I always do. I dont blame the employees, certainly management has them follow their rules but if you want an easy in and out this isnt the location to go to. They are locally owned so they act like they have nothing to do with UPS. Its like a poor 1800 number going here.

Been using this UPS for a while and all of a sudden theres a $4.00 fee to tape up my box? Are you freaking kidding me?? Haha this is so ridiculous for a first tier shipping provider like UPS. After voicing my opinion of surprise and objection to such a rude policy, I was told by an employee "go get on welfare then you moocher." LOL. Need I say more about this store and what they value? Dont care about customers, trying to save pennies on shipping tape? Do yourself a favor and dont support this store, they dont deserve your business.

It is refreshing to experience quality customer service, in lieu of the cheapened experiences we have grown accustomed to that are driven by mass volume low prices that result in oversea outsourcing and ultimately poor quality and poor service. I have met the owner on two occasions, and he has passion to do his best for the customer, and does not treat anyone like a number. As a business owner, I appreciate this rare “old fashioned” experience, and will bring all my business here.

There are two UPS stores that are closer to me but I make the extra trip to the Henrietta location. The staff and management make the difference for me. It is easy to get in and out. Im handicapped and the staff comes to the door if they see me to ask if I need help!

Measured my item I needed to ship gave me a box that was WAY too big which obviously ultimately costed an incredible amount to ship. Ended up shipping mostly air for around $25.
