I have been in a few times now. The first time the woman that owns this store was training her husband to work in the store. I was appalled at how she treated him, belittling him in front of me, not helping him with questions he had thus making it a very long process just to fax something. I went back when other employees were working and she was not there and they have been helpful and friendly. I had to go back today to mail a package back and forgot to tape the package shut, no problem if you I was at the United States Post office but since the company is paying for the return I had to take it to the UPS store. I was told that I must pay for her to put a piece of tape on the box. A piece of tape that cost $1.00. I know this does not sound like much but a roll of tape only costs a $1.32 at the store. What happened to customer service? This womans greed and lack of compassion for people is why I will chose to go to Hagerstown or the United States Post office in the future.

Went here for notary services, as advertised, and not only did they refuse to notarize my documents, but they were unknowledgeable about what I needed to do to make them eligible for notarization or even who else in the area I could contact to provide notary services. Gruff service and a total waste of time.

The girl told me $50 to ship my package to tx that I only paid $65 for. Crazy, she couldnt give me a reason why it was so much more went to the post office. Same package same box everything $11. Ive never paid close to the price to ship trough UPS until going into that store.

This UPS store is hands down the most unfriendly establishment Ive ever step foot in. I think the employees have worked there too long b/c they all seem to have the personality of a card board box.
