My wife went to this location to ship a package for my business. She was almost immediately accused of trying to ship alcohol because there was liquids in the box. After informing the salesperson it was not alcohol but e-liquid, she was told she was in violation of FDA regulations regarding tobacco products. My wife informed her there was no tobacco in the package but the salesperson insisted she would be in serious trouble for mailing this package. After being told the package would be shipped for a fee of $25 (flat rate USPS box that goes for $7 at the post office) my wife left, with the salesperson calling after her to "enjoy your juice". My wife told me what happened and I called the store to find out what happened. After arguing with a girl on the phone for a few minutes, I was able to talk to the manager. Almost immediately after I began telling her what happened, I was rudely interrupted so she could call my wife a liar and claim that none of the above mentioned conversation took place. I asked why my wife would lie about something like that and the reply was "I dont know but Im sorry shes lying to you.". Needless to say I wont be spending a dime at this location and encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

I stopped there on Saturday to fax a large document. The girl helping was very nice but couldnt get the fax to go through successfully. I had already paid and didnt have time to wait, so I said I would call back to make sure it went through and swing by for the confirmation page. The girl at the desk said she would leave a note with my name, and I watched her beginning to write this note. I called back today, explained the situation and was met with a very rude and angry tone from Pam, the owner. I repeatedly explained that I was not attacking her, that I simply wanted to be sure that my fax went through. She said there was no note and that she trusted her employees to do their jobs. I assured her that I was not accusing anyone of anything, that I just wanted my document sent. She interrupted me multiple times to basically say that I didnt know what I was talking about, and that therefore she couldnt help me. Then she hung up on me. I have never in all of my life been treated so poorly. I would rather just absorb the $11.00 loss on the fax than be forced to ever attempt communication with that horrible woman again.

Tried to have something notarized and they declined because of the date on the document. Changed the date and was told that they would not accept that because we had changed the date. A notarys duty is to notarize a signature and not inspect the document. A notary has no business reviewing, commenting on, or requesting changes to a document. They are simply validating that the person who is signing has proven their identity. I am a notary myself and work for an attorney. While any notary has the right to refuse to notarize a document because they are unsure of an identity - the reasons they gave us were ridiculous. So we headed to the courthouse and they had no issue notarizing the documents.

Went there this morning to see if they take FedEx packages the woman there said yes if they are prepaid. It was so I started to hand it over and ask about a receipt, she told me that she would not give me a receipt because she was doing it as a courtesy so people dont have to drive all the way to Manassas. She said I should just take a picture with my phone. How does that show I am sending it???? I told her I thought there was a store in Warrenton that worked with FedEx, she said no, just Manassas. WRONG! The UP Postal store by Giant deals with FedEx and UPS, they are a lot nicer and they give receipts! Really take a picture with my phone?!!!!

Overpriced! Please make sure to check shipping prices and transit time on the UPS website before going here! Was charged $60 for 2nd day air, when charge online is only around $32. Further it turns out this package could have been shipped ground and gotten there in the same amount of time for less than $15! An option not offered by the clerk when the package was shipped. The representative at UPS corporate said since this is a franchise they are free to charge over UPS rates. Total ripoff! The owner Pam had no sympathy for the fact we got completely ripped off. Wish I had done my research before I went here.

I have used them several times and have always found them to be very competent, price competitive (except for some parcel post packages) and friendly. I love their notary service, copies, shipping, faxes, etc. PAM is totally awesome! PS - Please remember that a notary must exercise a high level of care to ascertain that the identities of the parties are valid, there is no coersion, and that everything looks, feels, and smells legit. Each time a document is notarized the notary takes on the risk of being sued for negligence or malfeasance. The notary has the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.

Pam and her minions are awesome. Always there to greet me with a smile, and a how can I help you today. Customer service is rapidly becoming a lost art in todays world. But it still exists here. So many services under one roof. Be it packing, shipping, printing, or just mail box services, they are always there to help. Never had a bad experience working with Pam and her crew. Whatever your needs, they are always ready to meet, and exceed expectations. I would highly recommend The UPS Store of Warrenton. Definitely five stars.

Using Pam and her team for years now. Being a small business in Warrenton is hard enough considering the lack of economic growth in general supporting small businesses, which is what she is. I personally know I can drop my items off and not ever have to wait because Pam and her team will get the job done. As for the USPS they are in the red for a reason, no one can expect a business to thrive without making any commision on sales. Pam is honest, straight forward and runs a tight ship. Ill be loyal for as long as shes in business.

I had a 17" motorcycle windshield to ship that i had a prepaid label for so all i had to do is get a box... I even had a bunch of air packing left over. Pam took the windshield from me and the first thing i knew she was charging me $29.76 Now lets think about this-if here supplies cost her more than $5 she should be looking for another supplier. (I know i use to ship products my self) That means that that she charged me at least $24 for about 10 minutes of work! Wow! I feel like Ive been to the cleaner!

I have had the pleasure to deal with PAM at the UPS store in Warrenton VA on two separate occasions. I needed to move two priority shipments from Virginia to Georgia under some very stressful conditions. Pam was extremely polite, packed all of our items beautiful for safe transport, double boxed everything for extra protection. You could not ask for a better experience in shipping than to use the Piedmont Square store. Five Stars ***** Thank you Pam.
