I had a very similar situation as a previous customer. My package was also damaged in transit. The end receiver stated and I quote " you packed this $500 monitor like a child". The store took no responsibility at all and treated me like I was being dishonest. It cost be $200 dollars, I wasnt even looking for a refund from the store, just some compassion or some type of discount on my next purchase. I have used this store for years and Im a steady customer, you would think that I would get some type of customer service break for being loyal. Nope, nothing!!! David the owner needs to take a class in customer service. Response to Store reponse : Yes, I didnt ship with you. But that was not the issue. The issue is that the monitor was packed without care which caused the damage. I didnt ship with you because it was more expensive. I think USPS knows how to ship a package. What I did on Aug 17th is not in question. You seem bitter because I didnt spend $16 dollars on your box which I was able to get a similar box for $6 else where. I have used my boxes on many occasions and never had a problem with product getting damaged in transit. What I expect is customer service. I myself am a business owner and I treat my customers with respect and care and thankfulness for their business. This was not your case, "pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall". Beware how you treat your customers.

My two stars are for the little tricks they do to make the price higher. I took in an iPad in an iPad Apple box. Asked to be shipped to OKlahoma ground. I added insurance $2 /100 (Im good with that). The box weight was 3lb. They charged me $19 for packing on an iPad Ok Im good with that too. You know the size of an iPad is the size of an iPad and it say 3lb on their scale. Total cost $96. I paid but I was uncomfortable with them. After I left I looked at the invoice. It looks like they charged me everything as expected but they added 10 lb on the weight of the iPad. Now I understand packaging an iPad but I bubble wrap and a small box add 10 LB. look at your receipts and see the 10LB padding they add to your shipping weight knowing that is all inaccurate weight they are adding.

What a racket! Use Priority flat rate shipping at USPS. I wanted to send a $10 starbucks travel mug on 17Dec to arrive before Christmas and was told $10 for packing and $40 for shipping (VA to WA). Ridiculous. Instead I went to USPS on Monday, 19Dec and because I was using their priority flat rate box (free), I was pulled out of the line (yes their long lines can be daunting) and checked in and charged using their hand-held device in 5 minutes! They even used the post office packing tape (free) to seal the box. Total cost to me $13.45 for a flat rate medium box guaranteed to arrive in 2 days. Compare this to $50 at UPS - hands down no question.

Great customer service! I called the store at 8:30am on a Monday for an URGENT onsite packing need in their area. The man I spoke with was very courteous and got all of my information. He made a trip to the site to assess my needs and then made a return trip to do the job. He called me to confirm the price prior to starting and called again to let me know the job was finished. Less than 2 hours from initial contact, he had completed my unusual but urgent request! Highly recommend.

Dismal customer service. Fraudulent, possibly. I came in to drop off an Amazon return while they were busy. The gentleman at the counter asked if I needed a receipt, I said nope and he told me to go ahead and set the box on the counter. Stupidly trusting he would take care of the return, I thanked him and left. Two weeks later, Amazon is still awaiting the return and the UPS store cant locate my box. You cannot trust the staff at this location!

The customer service at this store is amazing. Not only are they prompt and curious when you are shipping packages but they go the extra mile with everything. Twice is the past year and a half my out of state grandmother has sent mail addressed to me but to this address. The employees of the store took the time to track me down and ensure I got the correspondence. I highly recommend this store and the employees that work there.

These guys are thieves! I went there to get a DMV mailing address while I was commuting. They (the manager) assured me it was possible and they had over 250 clients doing the same. DMV would not accept their, UPS store 5000, address. Based on what they told me I got a full contract which they refuse to return my funds. I contacted DMV and homeland security because these guys are rigging the system.

Full Stop Shop. VERY friendly, professional people. They do a huge volume of shipping and really know their business. Quick phone pick up when you call. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been a customer for over two years now and will be sorry to lose this particular UPS stores people and services when I move in two weeks. Use them and relax, youre in good hand. Dont come this store print any and dont touch computer! I just print 2 label of Amazon ,they be charge my $2.26,the computer use minimum is $2,paper fee 0.24,also they are not show any about use fee on the computer table! This is fraud!

Staff packed something and it was damaged in transit, end result is that this place is not helpful when it came time to file a claim. Coupled with UPS and their crackpot delivery as of late, I will only use FedEx or the USPS from now on.

Poor costumer service. The girl was so rude to us! She was huffing and puff whenever we asked for something like it was an inconvenience. And then she quoted us a ridiculous price of 300 $ to ship some candy to Italy.
