The female manager that was working on the Aug 26th was so rude and very cold. How can you have a manager like that! Fist of all, I arranged my package to be held at the location instead of delivering to my house. Since, I was going to be out of town. When I got there, the guy couldnt find my package and came back saying we dont have it. What! I got an email saying that you guys have my package here. The guy had no clue what he is doing and finally I told him that I wanted to talk to manager. The manager said we lost your package! So, call the company and have them call and complain or have them send you another order. I was so shocked that she would say that. Then, She goes on saying, "do you want me to repeat again bc I just told you." She didnt even apologize nor did she even explain the detail of my package like where it was lost and so forth. I will not be using them again! So rude!!

If there is a rating of zero or less, I would use to describe this location. The laziest people. First they failed to deliver my package to my house. Then they kept the package in thier office and failed to notify me that there is a package for me to pick up. Third, 10 days later, when I finally was able to track package, I went to pick it up. The woman Emiretta said she could not find it. Then she yelled at another postal worker who tried to help locate the package .. she would not help , nor would she allow another employee to help. She was really rude. I came back later on in the day, and another worker was able to find package in one second. I complained to the facility manager about the rudeness and laziness of Emeritta . All what the manager said: I will talk to the Emeritta woman! Did not even appologize. I guess laziness and rudeness is systematic in that facility

My package has been sitting in this facility since the 27th of June. I drove all the way to the facility (over an hour) to talk to someone and hopefully get this sorted out. The lady behind the counter gave me absolutely no piece of mind nor help at the counter, she didnt type anything in, didnt check their systems for anything. She literally just kept pointing at my tracking (which says it is in Dulles) on my phone telling me to wait. Its been 2 weeks now, its still just sitting in dulles. Ive called multiple times since then and been hung up on twice after being on wait for 2hrs. In frustration, I just to the post office in my city and they printed out the tracking record which still shows ITS STILL JUST SITTING TF IN DULLES. Im moving in 2 weeks, package should have been here 2 weeks ago now. Very very very disappointed with usps in Dulles and its employees.

I accidentally dropped a UPS package off here right as they were closing. Spoke to a nice gentleman (after realizing what I did) the next day who said this happens a lot, and that they drop the UPS packages off to nearest UPS place. I was so relieved!! Its been almost 3 weeks now, and there hasnt been any movement on my UPS tracking number. It was a defective broken phone that I was sending to t-mobile in return for the replacement they sent me. Since it has been so long, Im getting threats from t-mobile saying Im going to owe a fee up to $950... I have been calling this post office relentlessly, as Im not able to get back over there during operating hours. I cant get anyone to answer, and two times someone picked up the receiver and hung it up. Im in a full state if panic! This place wouldnt get any stars if I had that option. Worst customer service ever.

Seeing many negative reviews...my experience was really positive. But, it was for Passport Application appointment for new born. I was trying most of the post offices in the area and most of them had a waiting time of 3-4 weeks for passport appointment. Tried this location and the phone number listed was wrong. So I tried the USPS website to get the number. Gentleman answered the call promptly and got appointment within a 5 working day span. Which was great. And they had entered my email id in their system which sent out reminder for the scheduled appointment. On the appointment day, it only took about 15-20 minutes to complete the process. (We had the filled online form and all supporting docs handy. But never thought the process will be smooth like this.) Thanks.....

Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I was told my item was delivered but was never sent to my house. Instead the item was on its way back to the sender and usps failed to resend it to my house at least a second time. To make matters worse after waiting 2 and half months to get the item sent back to me again, usps screwed up the mail the second time its been out for transit at their facility, (which is just 10 min from my house) the whole day. I even called prior to it going out for delivery to make sure there were no address discrepancies and was reassured it will arrive at the end of the day.well its the end of the day it not here. Im pissed. I should not have to work so hard so they do their job right.

Awful. I went in to mail a card I was afraid was too heavy for a single stamp. I needed to pay 70 cents, and handed one of the employees a $5 bill. She told me she would rather I pay with a credit card but I told her I had only carried cash into the post office. She finally accepted the cash, handed me my change and said "Youre making me so mad right now". "YOURE MAKING ME SO MAD RIGHT NOW", really? I didnt even know what to say or how to react to her as I was walking out because it took me by such surprise. I only went in, casually, no attitude, smiled like normal and got that response from her because I didnt have a credit card on me at the time.

I have never heard of a post office not mailing your mail because the carrier things they shouldnt. If your mailbox gets too full they will return everything the sender and not ever deliver your mail to your mailbox again, unless you tell them too. Every time I have to go out of town I must issue them a hold warning on my mail so I dont get it all Return to Sender. I have lived in apartments my whole life I have gone on deployment and I have never ever had to issue will hold, or have all my mail canceled because the person delivering the mail think thats the best thing to do.

Nobody answers the phone. You have to call at least 5 times for someone to answer and when they do answer, the person is rude and aggressive. Their customer service is horrible. I went in twice to pick up a package and the lady argued with me in regards to the location of my package. She kept telling me that the address doesnt exist in Ashburn but when I showed it to her, she didnt bother to apologize. The second time, a man "helped" me and he was rude when I forgot my house number and acted like I did it on purpose. The employees there dont know how to be polite.
