The worst shipping service ever! Within 2 months every single package that has been shipped to me thru FedEx has been a fail! They always mess up and I end up having to track my package down and pick it up from a FedEx location myself. Yesterday I was expecting a mattress that I had paid for to be here a certain day so I had arranged for my mattress to be disposed of. Well guess what? Tracking says it was delivered to my door step and it wasnt there. I called FedEx and they say its going to take 24-48 hours for the driver to respond to them and look for my package. So now I have nothing to sleep on because fed ex hires a bunch of idiots that cant even follow directions to deliver a package correctly. FedEx I am FedUp!!! I will never use you guys for any type of shipment and will tell everybody to do the same.

Consistently leaves packages on my driveway instead of walking up 10 steps to my front door. On the rare occasion we get a driver to leave packages at the front door, they dont knock or ring the bell to let you know there are packages outside. Sometimes packages have been outside for an entire day or two before we even realize they were there. Im not sure what kind of delivery service company just leaves packages in your driveway instead of delivering them to your door. Pretty sure thats how pizza delivery works, pretty sure thats how every other delivery service works. Why would a company that specifically only deals with delivering can you bring the package to the front door is beyond me. It definitely increases the chance of my packages being stolen before I get home.

Got a shipment from FedEx today and see how they placed something that is 101 lbs. Is it too much to expect that a heavy shipment (or any shipment) should NEVER be leaning against a door (and that includes Garage Doors). The car is pulled out from there, hello? Before I opened the garage door, I spotted it and stopped the garage half way before I hear a slamming sound on the floor. Not to mention, the car was parked to the right side, otherwise that would have been extra damage. Common Sense is not so common after all. FedEx has disabled posting pics on their page, so I have to post on my wall and tag them. I doubt FedEx will care, but at least whoever is reading can be aware and spread the word.

No Way

My package ended up coming to this FedEx location after shipping from the seller, and whoever the driver was did not deliver my package to my home, I was home at the time and did not hear a doorbell or knock on the door, there was no package on my front porch like the tracking said and I checked everywhere outside. I have called here and they have given me no help even though they said that the driver has to give a response in 48 hours, he or she did not respond and when I called since they never did, they said that it was out of their hands.

A secure location for Fedex Ground Package drop offs. With package PREPAID, I was able to cut out the middle man and ship items without additional fees associated with driver pickup/third party drop off. I was not hassled with lines, nor fed any upsells. Drive up, park, surrender package, and go.

The worst experience ever. This guys have my package for two days in a truck and did not delivered on time. I lost money due to this lazy people. I will not recommend to any body to use FedEx ever in the future.

Deliveries left in the rain uncovered! FedEx carries plastic bags. Please use the correct size and when the top is covered with a plastic bag dont set the uncovered bottom in the mud. Common sense!
