There are many courier services that essentially fulfil the same function – timely, convenient, trackable package delivery. One of the things that set one service apart from another is in client relations, the ability to develop, at the store level, personal rapport in the community that guarantees steady (and growing) business. Steven Lee does just that – he manages his store, not simply with consistent efficiency and professionalism, but also with wonderfully personable customer relations, particularly in taking time to explain, even in the busiest of times, the hows, whys and whens of pricing, packaging and delivery that make choosing among options easier. Besides, the store is very well-kept and accessible. Spend a few moments with Steven, and one comes away that much more reassured that one’s package is in the safest and most reliable of hands – UPS, you have a franchisee you can be proud of!

This place is a joke. Some of the CHEAPEST business owners I have ever seen. They nickle and dime you to death. Tried to charge me $2 for a 6" piece of tape. You can buy a whole role from Giant next door for $3. They also jack up shipping rates, Im assuming so they get a bigger cut on top. They wanted $87 to ship a package via ground...seemed high to me, so I took the same package to another UPS location, and they shipped it for $54. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Edit/update: owner claims to "try hard" yet charges his customers $2 for a 6" piece of tape. Give me a break. It would be different if I used a large amount, but literally ONE piece of tape??? Thats like going to a restaurant, paying for your meal, and then being charged extra for your napkin. Stupid.

I have been using this particular UPS store for approximately 3 years and have experienced nothing but courteous, professional , and prompt service whether mailing a package or having something faxed or copied. I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store and am quite sure if any problem occurred it would be taken care of professionally. I have visited other UPS stores in my area and Customer Service is not one of their high priorities. This store puts Customer Service at the top and is why I have always come here and will continue in the future for all packaging needs. Thank you for all you do. DS

This was the third UPS store I had been to in the past week. The other 2 I visited was so customer service friendly. The offered to put stamps on my Christmas cards and even made sure I had the correct postage. The store said they dont do that. He said that they do packages but sell stamps. I told him about the service I received from the other stores and he seemed to not believe me. Definitely not customer service friendly. Not to mention he arrived to the store at 9am when the store was supposed to open. Will not visit again.

Im so happy that I found this store. I use them for postal mail and UPS shipping. The owner and employees are very nice and helpful. They greet everyone who comes in and remember names, which gives the store a community oriented charm. They provide excellent service and the owner even sends text messages to PO box customers to alert them of packages. All of my experiences with them have been positive. Ive patroned other shipping stores in the area and none compare to the quality of this location.

Have used this location multiple times in December and this month. They are always efficient and friendly. UPS picks up several times daily and shipments are consistently delivered timely. I have been impressed when 3-4 people were in line and only 1 person behind the counter but within a minute or two, I am finished and out the door! Easy parking access and can even pull up right outside front door to drop off large parcels. Better yet, Melt is next door and Starbucks in the same center!

During the ten years weve lived in Leesburg, we have consistently used this store for all of our shipping needs. Steven, the owner, has been very responsive and helpful. Services have been consistently reliable. Weve used the store quite a bit, having put 4 kids through college during our time here. Weve also used the notary service and passport photography service several times. Weve been very happy and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this store to others.

This is a great store. First time Ive used UPS in 3 years. I had a terrible experience with another store. The young man who works here is patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I think his name was John. Hes clear and straight to the point. I was in and out within 5 minutes. While assisting me, he began assisting others and working on his own things. Truly efficient. Id recommend this store to anyone in the Leesburg area. Will be visiting again.

Went in there a few weeks ago to ship back an amazon package. I didn’t have any tape at home to seal the box and asked him if he could tape it for me and he said no because it was a prepay. He told me it would be $1 for tape and I didn’t have my wallet on me. With two kids in toe I had to walk out to my vlcar and back into the store to pay the $1 for tape. Other stores are much more accommodating. Won’t be going back.

I had a great experience at this UPS store. I came in with an odd shaped item to send and the owner went out of his way to ensure it was packaged correctly. He even cut up another box and used it to add support to what I was shipping. I was in and out in nothing flat. I certainly didnt experience what the negative reviews below flag. Ill definitely use them for my shipping needs.

I have used this store for several years, and I am always amazed at the high level of customer service. Steven Lee has taken the concept of personalized service and applied it every time he interacts with a customer. Besides every transaction being very easy and pleasant, he consistently greets me by name even if I havent been in for several months.

I needed to ship a rather fragile, paper dahlia wreath across the country. Unable to pack it myself, I trusted this store to do it right. When it arrived in California, I was told right away that it was in perfect condition. This man is a miracle worker! If you need help with the packing and logistics, this location wont let you down.

A couple of weeks ago I had passport photos made for a European country for my son and I. I was charged around $25 each with $5 discount. We went to the embassy and they only accepted my sons photos and not mine. Not the right measurements. I had to go to another UPS store in DC to make new ones. They charged me $9.95 only!!!!

I wont be back there! The owner is very rude and unprofessional for no reason. I dont know if he was having personal problems and took it out on me but I know that if you own a business you have to treat your customers well. There are other UPS stores and he should be aware of that.

After a bad experience trying to use Staples to ship today, I left and went over to this UPS store. The gentleman who assisted me was thorough in his instructions and effortlessly managed five customers needs at once. I was very impressed with the customer service I received.
