I had a desk that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment on 7/31. I was not home at the time, but I girlfriend was. She heard a knock, answered the door within a few seconds, and by the time she opened the door the driver was already gone. She even saw the entry door to our hallway closing as she was opening the door, and heard someone RUNNING up the stairs. The desk is listed as 90 pounds. So not only did he not wait a reasonable amount of time, he didnt even bother bringing it out of the truck. I tried to schedule a re delivery that day since an attempt wasnt really truly made and I was told I would get a call, never did. I tried to schedule a Saturday delivery, FedEx tells me that they dont do re deliveries on Saturday even though they offer Saturday shipping(makes 0 sense). They suggested that I pick it up. Really? The 90 pound desk that your driver doesnt want to even deliver? They re-attempt on 8/3, I told them I;m not home, just to leave it, they say no. on 8/4(today) they re-attempt, and THE SAME THING HAPPENS. Dwight knocks and tries to run away, this time my girlfriend catches him, tells him to deliver the damn desk. This guy asks my girlfriend if theres someone to help her bring in the desk(? Thats your job?) and then laughs when her female friend comes out to help. Completely unprofessional! This would have been the 3rd attempt of deliver, so this would have FORCED me to pick up this big desk that I cant fit in my car. Thank goodness for good girlfriends, but if I can IM NEVER using FedEx again. For what its worth, I called into FedEx and they were mostly helpful, but its just a general number to call, you cant call the individual stores/facilities.

I wish I could give a negative number of stars. Hands down the worst, laziest, and most incompetent people to have cursed the earth. I paid about $80 for expidited shipping since I dislocated my knee and cant get my items myself. FedEx left a tag saying the shipper required a signature, I called FedEx & then Crate & Barrel and the store called FedEx b/c Crate & Barrel did NOT require a signature & FedEx said theyd deliver the next day. The next day FedEx left a tag & no package, Crate & Barrel called again. This time FedEx said I should leave a note on the door so theyd deliver the package. Was my 5 day "overnight" package waiting for me? Of course not, theres another tag saying its the final attempt on the door & this time the driver left a comment on the tag that they couldnt leave the package. Now I get to wait over a week for it to return to the store before I can ask for my money back. My mothers day gift is ruined . I hope FedEx goes bankrupt and its employees end up spat on and begging on the street in New York.

I have a package that was supposed to have 2Day express shipping. The place that my package is at is literally about 15 min from my front door. I called customer service and they tell me I can go pick it up from that location and when I get there the front desk says they cant get because they dont have the staff to get it out of the container. So I called customer service back and after explaining the info they gave me was wrong they then said that I would get my package before 8pm due to "bad weather" in the area....light rain...nothing major when 2Day express shipping says before 4pm. I asked why I would have to wait all day when I live 15 min away from the warehouse where my package is sitting and why I couldnt be top of the list. Plus I have to work the night shift so I need my package early so I can get rest before having to stay up all night long at work. They said they cant guarantee a early delivery even though Im not far away from the warehouse. Very displeased with the lack of customer service.

I had a shipment that was expedited shipping. At this point, normal shipping through USPS would have been faster and easier for me. The box should have come 2 days ago but FedEx refuses to leave the box due to security concerns. When I used my lunch break to go to the location they listed on the slip the box wasnt there. They wont let me sign for the package, wont keep it in one place so I can pick it up myself. Ive had to chase them all over my county just to get my box back. Then when I finally get them to deliver it to a store so it just stays put they call me back a while later to say a FedEx store five minutes up the road from my apartment is outside their route. I hope to everything above that I never get FedEX deliveries again because this has been worse than Lasership, and I thought that was impossible.

I waited All Day for my package which needed an adult signature as it was a wine shipment. Driver apparently showed up at 6:23 pm...DID NOT COME TO THE FRONT DOOR...just left a Shipment Status slip on my mailbox at the end of my driveway saying they would attempt delivery tomorrow. Called Fed Ex and was advised I need to stay home all day tomorrow for a second attended delivery. They would not give me a definite time for delivery. (Like I have nothing better to do than wait two days for them to get their act together and deliver my merchandise.) Talk about laziness on the part of their drivers! Guess its time to move on to another delivery service.

If I could give negative stars I would do that. This place has the most unbelievable management which asks for signature on every express packages, even when the sender does NOT require it. It has been a nightmare for people who work Mon - Fri because they are not willing to leave your packages at the door, and peeling off the signature area to prevent you from signing a package on door tag, then ask you to go all the way to their office to pick things up. Hey I paid the extra to get the service not the do it myself! Now I choose Ground over Express because getting Express is a mission impossible for me.

OUTSTANDING service. Hats off to the FedEx guys at this branch. With the ice storm today our package never made it to Dulles. The FedEx guys tracked the package (plane was diverted to Baltimore), and called me when it finally arrived at their facility. I arrived right before closing and they took the time to dig for my package even though it still inside their truck. Throughout this process they were courteous, friendly, and customer service oriented. THANK YOU.

They were supposed to deliver my paycheck (desperately needed), but the driver slapped a note on the door and left without knocking. I spent the rest of the day chasing down my paycheck until I had to go to work, standing at the door crying, calling the extremely rude customer and dispatch service...it was a nightmare. As of now I am still waiting for my paycheck.

This shipping Center: Good hours and reasonable staff. They do not have enough employees on a shift for the post work rush though and lines can get very long. FedEx as a corporation: "Drivers Discretion" Corporate Policy more or less entitles the driver to be as big a dick with your package as they please. I cancel any order I know uses FedEx now
